I live on Cape Cod and our only taco bell is disgusting. This Taco Bell on Route 1 ( Broadway) is amazing. Compared to other Taco Bells the food is fresh and HOT and they dont have order accuracy problems like other Taco Bells do. And this particular store has been like this for 20 years. They always have good leadership and capable cooks. 5 Stars for that.

They charged us for tacos we didn’t get. We got 12 crunchy supreme tacos and when we got home all they had was lettuce and meat there was no cheese or tomatoes or sour cream on them

I haven't been to a Taco Bell in years and out of curiosity I came by and order a burrito and crunchwrap. The crunchwrap taste underwhelmingly bland and the burrito was gross. I swear the beans inside tasted expired - didn't even want to finish it. The food was admittedly cheaper compare to other Mexican theme restaurant but it's not worth it - not even close.

I have food allergies and they got my order wrong.
As a UberEats driver I arrived on time and when I get there, there are 3 workers and rather than acknowledging me not even a “one second” they just ignored me even looked in my direction and nothing just talking to each other. It’s simple you don’t want to do your job then don’t be there it’s not hard. The WORST Taco Bell ever.

They didn’t give us our cups on time and when they did there was no straws. The drink machine, half of the drinks weren’t working. It took a while to get our food, and when we got it stuff was missing.They also gave us a wrong order. They were just being very slow over all, everyone was in the back and no one was in the front and when you would ask for something they would assist you 5 minutes after you asked. Overall this place is not a good locations.

#1- who ever manages this Taco Bell, please tell your employees how to answer the phone after they don’t give what is requested for a DoorDash order. #2- I have been there several times when this Taco Bell is open but then they say nothing is available in regards to popular items such as quesadillas and tacos aren’t available.
In my honest opinion, whoever is managing this Taco Bell really needs to overlook their staff because I’ve encounter nothing but problems the last several times I’ve ordered from there.
