my boyfriend and i come in all the time for hot pot, we love it!! price is pretty cheap for a meal and dessert too. we tend to get the same server a lot and we love her lol. the atmosphere is a little lacking, but for the food and price it doesn’t concern me at all.

I always go there but this time we were 3 people en that waiter charge me 4 plates extra Fried rice and gave me two different checks with more than 20% of tips without asking me she had $23 more

Food was mostly good but we had a person in our party who is strictly vegetarian and we told them this and there was beef in his plate..
The chichen though was very very hard.. kind of disappointed

Got a bunch of shrimp dumped on my plate with them knowing I had an allergy. My friend & I told the waitress we both have a shellfish allergy, the chef confirmed with us that we have a shellfish allergy prior to him beginning to cook, and the chef even made our food first BECAUSE of this allergy. Once the chef was cooking all the shellfish, he had some left over… and abruptly dumped 6 pieces of shrimp right in the center of my plate without asking. I told the waitress, and she said “Oh.” and took my plate. I was still charged the full price of the meal. I didn’t expect to get everything for free, but a discount would’ve been nice seeing as how I couldn’t finish my dinner (which had been really good).

Don't plan your time around their opening hours. As others have said, they don't promptly open according to their posted hours. My family showed up and wasted 15min of our time wondering why the the restaurant wasn't open, despite seeing employees dilly dallying and not even acknowledging customers were ready to spend money and eat. They're lucky to have not other competing restaurants nearby serving what they serve.

Food was fantastic, service was solid, the place didn't have much of an atmosphere and was kinda crowded. But overall I enjoyed my time here and highly recommend the steak entree for hibachi and the cheesecake for dessert
Parking: Plenty of free parking. Like literally don't need to worry about parking. It's located in a mall so gonna have to find it in the mall.
