I just cannot believe the RUDENESS And DISCUSTING HABBITS IF THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! I was greeted by a woman who had a mouthful of food!! I could not understand her. Not because of the language barrier, because SHE HAD A MOUTHFUL OF FOOD!! The guy running the French fries was also eating on the job!!! Put his hands to his mouth THEN REACHED FOR THE FRIES TO GIVE TO A CUSTOMER š¤¢š¤®š¤¢š¤®!!!! ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!!! Reporting this to the Health Department!!!!

My bf went there last night around 10:30pm ordered a Dave's double, drove forward went to eat it & realized he got a plain cheeseburger, no condiments or toppings, brought it back to the window the drive thru guy took it back, literally just flipped the wrapper around and gave him the same burger. He ended up having to come back because he dropped his card in the parking lot & all 3 worked huddled around like they did something wrong, my bf didnt even approach the window and saw the reaction. It could've been cause they lazily didn't do their job & just gave back the same burger or they straight messed with the burger on top of it. On another note, the person spoke little to no English, maybe he didnt even know the menu. Regardless the reaction of the people at the window when he went to find his card says it all. If I were the owner, I'd check your cameras. Terrible customer service. Fries were also soggy and cold.

i came here and the workers were so nice and funny they deserve so much such good people they were very fast, all of them were laughing together with me, amazing service šš½ āNorma, Karla, Michelleā amazing workers

I was trying to order at the drive thru..i got told i canāt order 3 separate orders? The worker was being very rude and had a LOT of attitude. horrible customer service! She would not explain why and completely ignored us at the window. No customer should ever be treated like that! I was ordering like a normal person would? i donāt understand the reason as to why i got ignored! horrible..she kept ignoring me????

I like to go to this Wendy's because they always give me hot food and always good service, a very good flavor.
Excellent Service from the Girl who helped me, Cordial treatment by the name of Talya! My 5 Stars is only for your Attention!They should have more Employees with the same Availability and Attention!The only unpleasant thing is some of the staff that works there that I could notice the bad co-workers that work with her there, I think they should take more into account who really contributes and not who Destroys!

The chili here is incredible! I eat it so often that my doctor is telling me to slow down or I might get gout! I've taken multiple dates here, and we always love to pour the chili on our feet. Nice and warm.
