I've got to say that I was thoroughly impressed. I ordered something that I was not happy with and asked if I could exchange it for something else. They happily obliged and did not charge me for the item even though they replaced it. I had no issues paying for food I had eaten. The server was very polite. The manager came out to check what was going on and apologized even though it absolutely was not their fault. The way they handled this situation was very professional....
Tried the braised short rib pot pie and it was sooo yummy. Tasty Demi glaze with red wine and carrots and pearl onions with tender braised beef short rib. Chose mashed potatoes for my one side and it was perfection!
I've been to alot of 99 restaurants and this one stands out for easy to get to, Richard the manager was really friendly as well as the other staff and overall a great atmosphere. Clean, friendly, and as always, the food was excellent !
