Ashley is so welcoming! She has such a great menu! The drinks are all made to order and delicious! She will even customize anything and is very patient! Her space is extremely sparkling clean. She is even dog friendly- me and my pup Kuna love it there! ?

I’m always looking to keep my weight down & for the last few years Amped Nutrition has helped me do it.Ashley runs a great shop & has quite a few options for those of us who like to mix it up with new flavors.A bonus are the protein cake pops she makes. They definitely help keep the hunger away!

Amped Nutrition recently supplied shakes and iced teas for our teacher professional day. They did a phenomenal job, and I would highly recommend them if you're in the area! They have a flavor for everyone's tastes. Our teachers loved them.
