Usually we have a good experience here, but lately it hasn’t been the best. Tonight we ordered curbside and we ordered the appetizer combo with two drinks. We picked it up no problem, but when we drove home, we realized they didn’t give us the entire combo. They gave us only the chicken and mozzarella sticks (first photo).
I called back and ended up driving back to get the rest of my order. I called in advanced and told them, and yet I still had to wait 20 minutes for the other half of the combo appetizer. I made sure I had everything and went home since we were initially missing the chicken quesadillas and the spinach dip.
When I got home, there was NO CHICKEN in the chicken quesadillas. It was legit a scoop of pico and the smallest amount of cheese (second photo). I’m not sure what it was, but we were really disappointed tonight. I usually love this location but lately, they have been downhill in service and quality and people deserve to know.
The team was great though! All the ladies in there are fantastic! Thank you guys!

I've eaten there many times , food is always good. Even in other states. We nurses in Florida would meet for lunch there. Service is good. I just wanted to add that the cost of my meal included dessert, a smoothie and sides. Good deal.
Vegetarian options: Lots of salads and other option to leave out meats in certain meals. I'm actually writing to compliment on the roast beef au jus , which was superb and if it was my last before I die, I'd be one happy woman. Thanks, even though you forgot my broccoli, I forgive you. Applebee really has great tasting foods. Another happy customer.
They did great accommodating our party of 12. Our server Alyssa was the best, not one thing wrong, great personality. Wonderful customer service here!!

My husband picked up our take-out. He said the food was cold. (We ordered hot meals). The meals were expensive!! We had to warm up our dinners. I do not recommend Applebee's.
