My family and I love this restaurant and have been coming here for years for birthday celebrations. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't very great. Our online order wasn't ready on time and the waitress was very dismissive. Ended up waiting an extra 45 minutes standing for my food to cook. To management, if you can please take a look to see if the online pick up service on your website is functioning correctly. So that future customers who order online wouldn't have to wait like I did.
Got chicken wings, Mac and cheese, baked beans, cornbread, ribs, steak, curly fries, fried pickles… basically the whole menu and everything was soooo good. Didn’t catch our servers name but she was a blonde lady and she was so good with our kids too. The drinks were huge and they even had wet naps for when we were done eating. I heard the cooks name is Sean and he did a phenomenal job as well as the wait staff!!! Amazing experience all around. Will be back.

The inside is what it is. It's a biker bar not the cleanest, bathrooms is a hell no, unless your a guy. The table and wall decor is fun. The waitress was super nice and helpful. The ribs are horrible. I mean horrible. First they rub so much peprikca and random hot spice on them. You can't taste the meat! Then they taste boiled not grilled. They taste boiled then rubbed with what the cook thinks is awesome and then baked. The meat is not fall of the bone. They are chewy and tough. The sauces are ok. They give a ton of options for sauce you rub or dip. The ribs come to you first with no sauce and absolutely caked with that terrible rub that it's just what they do because we didn't ask for it or expect it. Nasty. The beer was warm. If looking for real good ribs, this isn't it. Hard pass.

I've visited this place twice, and I will NEVER consider going a third time. My first visit was a dine-in experience with my kids, and it was terrible. The dining floor was sticky, and the booth we were seated in felt dirty. The food was below average at best; we ordered chicken wings with garlic parmesan sauce, which we generally love, but these were the worst we've ever had. The sauce was overly tangy, had an overpowering amount of black pepper, and barely tasted like garlic parmesan. My youngest son ordered ribs from the kids' menu, and even though he loves ribs, one bite had him reaching for water because they were so spicy. The BBQ sauce was average, but the dry rub was inedible. When I mentioned this to our waitress—who was also the bartender—she was extremely rude, showed no consideration or courtesy, and didn’t apologize or offer any kind of solution. Instead, she treated us as if we were the problem. I asked for the bill and we left.
Despite this, I decided to give them another chance, this time for catering. I figured since we weren’t dining in, it might be different. I was wrong. I ordered honey garlic ribs for a gathering of about 40 people. When our guests, including kids, tried the ribs, they all found them overly spicy and regretted eating them. I called the restaurant immediately, thinking they may have given me the wrong order. Unfortunately, the same rude waitress from our first visit answered the phone. When I told her the ribs were too spicy and not what I ordered, she was anything but apologetic. Instead, she rudely asked, "What do you want us to do?" After a frustrating exchange, she put me on "hold," but I could still hear her talking in the background, complaining about me, she called me "cocky" and "stop the yelling". Eventually, they agreed to remake the ribs with the correct sauce if I brought back the nearly full tray. Initially, I agreed, but after reconsidering how we had been treated, I called back to request a full refund instead. They insisted we return the tray to get a refund, which seemed odd and unsanitary—why not just acknowledge the mistake and let us keep the tray? Anyway, we returned the tray, got our refund, and left for good. We will NEVER go back and do NOT recommend this place at all.
