Bad experience tonight… our server had a larger table so I get that things can get chaotic, but after taking our food order, she did not come back to our table for 45 minutes, when we had finished eating, and all of our plates were stacked at the end of the table.. we had to go to the host to get silverware (shoutout to the host). And the server was constantly working on this bigger table 2 feet away from us and did not acknowledge us once, then claims “sorry guys, I didn’t forget about you.” Clearly a system that needs work…

Best Deal for 20 wings and fries. Quality product, great wings and a smoking deal. Had an issue with order in the past and they acknowledged and corrected it moving forward. Will continue to support this winner winner chicken dinner establishment.

Understaffed and likely underpaid. HORRIBLE customer service. Not a single smile on ANY of the employees. Workers children SLEEPING in the empty booths. Do these people get trained? Poor workers hate their lives. Corporate needs to give this place some attention and see what the … is going on.

I came to pick up a take out order. The order was placed an hour and 15 minutes before i received it. I had to go up to an employee because nobody greeted me, and then had to speak to two more to figure out what was taking so long. Employees were unhelpful and rude. And then on top of all of that forgot my drinks. The manager the phone was friendly, but you need to do something about your staff. Terrible customer service- it’s not even like the place was packed. Ridiculous. Never going back here.

I came in tonight to order food was not greeted for almost 10 minutes then ignored. My order was supposed to be ready at 4:40 and I waited and additional almost 30 minutes.and then the take out person left without saying a word. I will not be back again

Walked in no hostess to greet us. Ordered 15 wings came out no more than 5 minutes later Now I know why. Once we got them they were very small and looked left over from 3 days ago. Cold and shriveled to the point where one was nearly just a small bone.. Our server even agreed . My wife and I ended up leaving after only one beer . Tab was $22 before tip ,even though she took the wings off . Wow totally disappointed.

IT TAKES TO LONG????!!!! but the cheese curds are good and I haven’t got my food yet but it looks very good yummy yum. The Mac and cheese burger giant! It’s way too hard to fit in my mouth. Only a giant could eat that thing. It’s pretty good so far and the chicken fingers were not that good. Thank you for the meal though!
