I've always had a good experience at Chardonnay's. The food is always well prepared and moderately priced. It was pretty busy the night we dined there but were seated within a decent amount of time (with a reservation) The wait staff was courteous and professional. I would recommend this restaurant to a friend

Overall it was not a bad experience! My husbands Fries were cold but we were given another batch which was piping hot! My husband's ordered a second glass and the wrong wine was given cslled server over the wine was changed! We would definitely go back again!!

Our server was very good and the food was solid and as expected. Unusually cold in the restaurant though. I know it's winter but the waitperson said the heat was on 70 degrees which is obviously not high enough when it feels like 8 degrees outside. Overall good but cold.

We had a reservation that ended up with extra guests. Staff was rude and not helpful. I called the day before to ask for a specific area and was told that they would be able to accommodate due to the reservation being a 4pm when the restaurant opened. When we arrived they changed the table and we ended up in the middle of the restaurant. Staff including manager very rude and not helpful. We were there for our class reunion and have been there many times in the past. I will never return. Neither will anyone in our party.

This was a great place. Very friendly, bubbly atmosphere and good service. The on-line menu gave a great impression of what to expect. Chicken parm meatballs were phenomenonal.

We came with friends we have a great time food was delicious the only problem I have we got changed 3% to use credit card I think we should be told that before so we can make decision if you pay 20% next time I will grab cash with me or maybe Lowe my tip to 15% so I can cover that 3% charge I don't think that this is fair to waitressing works but is nat ok to charge the costumers extra when we pay so much for food and tip

We needed to change our group from 8 people to 6 people and requested to change the reservation to an earlier time. The staff could not have been more accommodating! Being unfamiliar with the area, we really appreciated how quickly the adjustment was made, and our family enjoyed a wonderful meal - the service was excellent! Thank you (all) so much!
