Excellent food, good drink selection, and plenty of baked good options. Clean and inviting place that also features lots of local products to buy as well.

I cannot stress how amazing this place is. The FRESHEST ingredients used (and you can tell!!!). There is not a single item sold that is not of the highest quality, locally sourced, or the most delicious thing you've every put in your mouth (no literally). Do yourself a favor and try a 16oz creamy caramel latte. You won't regret it ;)

I will repeat this again: Please renovate, refresh, repaint and change the carpets of the entire hotel. It smells like mold when you walk around, it does not look clean and looks like a "rundown" hotel. Also, poor room service with no extra towels, soaps, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper or tissue paper. The microwave was filthy. We had to clean it ourselves. The room cards would demagnetized everyday. No continental breakfast included. The room coffee is just horrible too. The person at the front desk never told us he was going to hold $100.00 on my credit card. Very unprofessional and unethical. We are very disappointed and I will never rebook a stay again at this "dirty and cheap hotel".

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Checked in with family. Sketchy place! Anyone from the street can walk in and up the elevator from the back doors. The door to our room had marks of break in attempts and dead bolt didn’t work, condom under bed as well as other items, stuff on walls, phone and clock had no electricity…. Left right away. Fought for full refund. They granted the refunded then charged me again 4 days later.

Long story short we were made to walk over 500 steps and down 5 stairs to a moldy damp room with someone that has very limited mobility. Hallway was very narrow for a bigger person with luggage. After begging for a room closer to the elevator and not full of disease, we were placed on the 4th floor near the elevator. Why on earth would you force someone that says they are disabled down steps to the very end of a tiny hallway labyrinth with no map just to have to reverse that trek and end up in a normal accessible room?

I would not stay here ever again. The person at the front desk was extremely short and rude to me. When I booked this hotel I was traveling with my dog and according to both the hotel's website (Seekonk location selection) and even a piece of paper directly in front of the check in desk, the pet fee would be $25. The person at the front desk wanted to charge me $35. When I asked about it and showed him the website and the paper he was short and said take it up with the manager in the morning. I have no problem paying the extra 10 bucks but not when $25 is listed right in front of my face. Besides the lying and terrible customer service, the paint on the walls is chipping, it smells like weed and just looks old. It's meant to be a cheap motel so it's probably ok but the experience still didn't sit right with me.

Room was OK at best, pillows were incredibly comfortable but that is about all I can say that is good. Double bed room and although the sheets were clean without doubt, I can only describe them as loud. Like crumpling paper anytime I moved, shifted or rolled over. Was the same with the bed my son was in, every time he moved or rolled over it sounded like he was in a pile of dead leaves. Very odd and this is a first I have ever experienced anything like that.

Love this place for a sandwich and delicious treat afterward. Gluten free things are excellent!!

We've been getting our cookie fix from D's for a few years via farmers markets and now her store. I love the fact that she sources local ingredients as much as possible. She even makes her own chai blend.

I was staying one night to attend my grandson’s graduation at the PPAC. Convenient, Clean, comfortable. I didn’t get a chance to sample breakfast but the room looked inviting. I Would stay there again.

They advertise free breakfast but do not provide it. The doors don't lock. Asked for a blanket twice, never provided. Tape holding the shower together. Did not clean our room because the room "was not on the list" for when we were here but I was told it would be cleaned after we left. All the soda machines were out of order. And to top it off, our keys were disabled while we were gone for the day. Waste of money. I will never stay here again. NOT HAPPY

This was a total bait & switch situation. The pictures and words showed one thing and when we checked in it was the exact opposite. This place was a Section 8 Housing Hotel along with Prostitutes conducting work on premises in rooms. Looked like it hasn’t been updates since the 70’s. Furniture in shambles, large stains on the floors, sheets dirty, hair balls everywhere. Random unsavory characters roaming the hallways intoxicated and on drugs.

Randomly popped in here - what a great find with a great staff! Sooo many delicious vegan and gluten free options I didn't know what to choose. Wether you've got an allergy or not, this place will make your tummy happy! Highly recommend for morning breakfast, coffee or a sweet treat to go.
