I don’t know how some people have a bad experience here or get upset if they get a little attitude ONE day out of many days they go there. Funny how the person who complained about the lady at drive thru did exactly that complained but yet never left a nice review only a negative one. These girls and boys work hard and get paid Pennie’s in tips and minimum wage to boot. I think they do a great job my coffee is usually always correct and the time it was not I asked for it to be remade, simple. Everyone is allowed to have a bad day worker or customer, you never know what someone is going thru. So before you go putting down a bad review think about the last good review you left (if any) I go to to multiple Dunkins (which ever is closest) and sometimes mistakes are made but this particular Dunkin is usually on point. My food is hot my coffe is cold and I am happy!! So thank you to the workers there and no thank you to the cry babies. It’s Dunkin your not getting a five course meal at a fancy restaurant.

I went there this afternoon. I ordered a small iced coffee with 1 cream 1 sugar at the drive up. That was it! There were 2 vehicles in front of me. We sat in line for more than 10 minutes. When I finally pulled up to the window, the whole shield below the window is covered in the filthy dried up remnants of previous spills. It's disgusting to be confronted with a sight like that while waiting for your order. I was left wondering how all that filth could have gotten there since the splash shield is angled away from the drive up window sill. Could it be that many people have thrown their coffees back at them? Anyway I had plenty of time to think about it because it was another few more minutes until my order came out. Although it wasn't correct. They made me a hot coffee and there was a puddle of it collected on the cover. I pulled over to the front of the store, carefully walked over the the front door so as not to spill the pool of coffee that was carelessly left on the top, and threw it in the garbage can at the front door. I suppose I could have gone in and asked them to make what I actually ordered, but I decided it was not worth waiting another 15 minutes to get what might have been another mistake. This place is fired.

This Dunkin’ is the worst I’ve ever been to. Two elderly ladies were sitting in the back, leaving one girl out front to handle the customers. To make matters worse, the drinks and bagel were both wrong. The service was just awful all around.

Any other day I would have given this Dunkin five stars, but I had an employee act very rude to me this morning. (It was the blonde woman who works the drive thru in the mornings during the week) I get to the speaker to order my coffee and I could barely hear the woman taking my order. It genuinely sounded as if she were ten feet away from her headset. I proceed to order my coffee, and it appears on the screen. Then I said I'm sorry, could I actually get more cream and sugar in my coffee? And she says something but I couldn't make out what she said so I repeated myself, and told her I couldn't really hear her and that something was wrong with their speaker. So I see on the screen that she puts in a pumpkin flavored coffee when I asked for a cookie butter flavored. I said I'm sorry I wanted a cookie butter coffee with five creams and five sugars. Then she rudely and with obvious attitude says "You SAID you wanted pumpkin flavored" to which I responded "I'm sorry but I can barely hear you. It sounds like you're really far away from the speaker. I didn't ask for pumpkin flavored I asked for cookie butter flavor. Then I hear her adjust her headset, mumbles "sorry" (I can finally hear her clearly now) and then says "THAT'S what I put in to begin with". Mind you, I'm remaining polite throughout this interaction. So I pull up and pay for my coffee. she hands me my change and I say thank you. (She ignores me) Then she hands me my coffee, doesn't ask me if I need a straw which they always ask me, and she LOUD, aggressively and with attitude says "HAVE A NICE DAY."
Like ew. I've always had wonderful experiences with the very lovely women who work here as they're usually very, very friendly and sweet and do a great job at making my coffee. Very disappointed. Why would she get mad at me for not being able to hear her because her headset was not on correctly, or whatever the case was, even though I told her twice that I couldn't hear? Anyways I'm giving them four stars because all of the other women including herself are usually very very sweet! Hope she's in a better mood tomorrow.

This place is garbage. I just went through today, and this lady gives me an attitude because I place my order online, and then she says I show up too early. What's the difference if I order online or drive thru. If it's such a big deal to order online, then remove it so no one orders online anymore. So I told her well then I won't be coming here anymore and she says she doesn't care.

This is so stressful bro, like sometimes they do get my order right and sometimes they just fumble everything. I switched to ordering in the app but even then they still made my order wrong. Like how can you mess up the order when it clearly says how many pumps of caramel and cream you gotta put. It sometimes just feels like gambling my money to see if they make it good or bad. But to be fair, when they do a good job they do a good job.

I am here, actually, right now. They are unsanitary and disgustingly rude. I am sorry but you chose Dunkin, Dunkin didn't choose you. You're mad because you have to do your job? Have some pride. Disgusting. Food on the counter, unnecessary background commentary heard from the drive thru speaker, and rushed preparation. Immerse yourself into your job and everything will flow easily. Disgusting environment and customer service.
