Just moved near this dunkin and have been trying to stop here in the mornings. Worst service I’ve ever seen at a Dunkin, don’t bother going to the manager about it because the employees get it right from her. I worked at Dunkin for 3 years, I know what it’s like, but there’s no excuse for the attitude every day over 1 single coffee.

Stopped here on our way back from Cape Cod and they literally saw me standing for the bathroom for 5 minutes and didn't feel the need to mention to me that they actually locked the public bathroom and you have to have a key. My husband ordered our coffees and said we were just waiting for the bathroom and they still didn't mention you need a key. They waited for us to ask if it was closed to finally give us a key to it. They should really put up a sign. Unacceptable.

Terrible service!!!!!!!!! 20 minutes waiting for a doughnut and a coffee, She gets wrong my order And with a terrible attitude, she proceeds to give me the right order, but donuts were stale, and there was no coffee on the milky drink she handed to me. One star is way too much
