As someone who likes consistency, I can always be confident in this place messing up something every time and taking as long as possible. Don't come here if you're in a rush, the staff is nice though so that's a plus.

Doors are locked drive through only. Man walking by could get no service. Bus driver no service. I drove away. Last week they were to busy talking and forgot the muffin and very slow service. I guess they're too busy talking they can't handle drive through and walk-ins. Always putting drive through as priority, could care less if you're standing there in front of them. Stupid DD manager policy

This is the worst dunkin in the area. If you want your coffee and food served to you by dirty crackheads that don’t wash their hands then this is your place. If not then go to the other one in EP on 44 or better yet go to the one in rehoboth.

I can’t even rate the quality of the food or drinks because I didn’t even get a chance to order. I waited in line for 12 minutes without being acknowledged whatsoever by the workers. There was a man in line in front of me who was there when I walked in who also had not yet even ordered. In the time that I waited they completed numerous drive thru and mobile orders, yet couldn’t be bothered to even call out and apologize for the wait to us. I eventually had to leave so that I wouldn’t be late to work.
I understand being short staffed, but if there isn’t enough staff to even handle a single customer inside at the register, then they need to not allow mobile orders or figure something else out.
Very disappointed in the customer service.

By far the worst dunkin I have ever been to. Employees r terribly rude. Older Spanish manager is terrible she will give us the wrong order n then remake it wrong again. Literally every time I go my food or drinks r messed up. My bagel minis are ALWAYS stale. Will not return here waste of time better off going up the street. 2 mins away they are great!! One girl there is a sweetheart her name is Emily.

This dunkin sucks. Long wait & order is hardly ever right, I just go there because it is close to my house. Today is the last time I will return. Took a bite out of my bagel & the veggie cream cheese is so sour! I look at the container & it expired August 3rd, Today is August 16th! How disgusting!! Goes to show they aren't properly rotating stock & aren't cleaning enough. I tried to call to properly complain & be sure they don't serve 13 day expired food to anyone else but the phone just rings! Like I said only come here because it's close but the amount of time I wait to be parked in the parking lot for bagels that go through a toaster.. might as well drive elsewhere & have my order correct & not expired food!

Customer service was rushed, employee must have been at the end of her shift. She left right after I finally ordered, I was so stressed I didn't even have time to find my gift with all the huffs and tapping. Just awful
I am extremely disappointed with this Dunkin'. Despite the great service provided by the hardworking employees, and the kindness I was showed, the lack of air conditioning in the store is unacceptable. The employees have to work near hot toasters and ovens without any relief from the heat, which is inhumane. As someone who also works without AC at Monster Mini Golf in the same plaza, I understand how unbearable it can be. It's high time the management prioritizes the well-being of their staff by installing proper air conditioning. Treat your employees better!!

It's really not that hard to listen to a speaker to get someone's order right. Everyone can pay attention to their phones but can't pay attention to the speaker. order two things nothing which was even remotely correct. Absolutely disgusting My dog could make a better worker than the people who work here
