I come to this Dunkin on a regular basis. I was at front counter ordering a box of donuts. While the worker was getting my donuts as I picked each kind. I heard someone throw something in the back and started swearing and yelling at the other employees. The worker that was waiting on me just looks at me in despair. I asked who is doing that? All they said was oh that’s our manager. Shame on them! To even tolerate such a toxic work environment. I’ve heard swearing and yelling before. But I just thought people have their off days. But apparently this is happening on a daily occurrence it seems.

I give a one for atmosphere because they have this new lady all she does is scream at her employees she's so obnoxious bad for business. Everything else about the place is good but I won't be back not in the morning shift. .

They take forever, they give out stale bagels, this happens more often, and there services is horrible, no matter how many times you go they forgot something or the Oder is incorrect. There drive thu, is the longest wait ever. Go to East Providence location, quick efficient. Stay far away from this spot unless you have time to wait for ever and want wrong orders.

As someone who likes consistency, I can always be confident in this place messing up something every time and taking as long as possible. Don't come here if you're in a rush, the staff is nice though so that's a plus.
Doors are locked drive through only. Man walking by could get no service. Bus driver no service. I drove away. Last week they were to busy talking and forgot the muffin and very slow service. I guess they're too busy talking they can't handle drive through and walk-ins. Always putting drive through as priority, could care less if you're standing there in front of them. Stupid DD manager policy

This is the worst dunkin in the area. If you want your coffee and food served to you by dirty crackheads that don’t wash their hands then this is your place. If not then go to the other one in EP on 44 or better yet go to the one in rehoboth.

The employees are friendly but this is the WORST Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I live right near it and I’d rather drive to the other location because they ALWAYS get your order wrong here

I can’t even rate the quality of the food or drinks because I didn’t even get a chance to order. I waited in line for 12 minutes without being acknowledged whatsoever by the workers. There was a man in line in front of me who was there when I walked in who also had not yet even ordered. In the time that I waited they completed numerous drive thru and mobile orders, yet couldn’t be bothered to even call out and apologize for the wait to us. I eventually had to leave so that I wouldn’t be late to work.
I understand being short staffed, but if there isn’t enough staff to even handle a single customer inside at the register, then they need to not allow mobile orders or figure something else out.
Very disappointed in the customer service.

By far the worst dunkin I have ever been to. Employees r terribly rude. Older Spanish manager is terrible she will give us the wrong order n then remake it wrong again. Literally every time I go my food or drinks r messed up. My bagel minis are ALWAYS stale. Will not return here waste of time better off going up the street. 2 mins away they are great!! One girl there is a sweetheart her name is Emily.
