My family and I have been coming to this Dunkin' donuts for many many years. Last year a young lady by the name of Emily started to work evenings and we looked forward to always seeing her she was always smiling good conversation with us made our coffee perfect.Unfortunately we don't see her there anymore it is sad so many good people have left this Dunkin' donuts. If anybody knows where this young lady is working now please email me.Thank you !

The coffee on yhe left is a brown sugar shaken espresso W/an extra shot. The one on rt is what uou gave me,rang up wrong—and then had the manager tell me it was the right coffee and if I wanted to change it, I had to come in— That was after waiting 10 minutes for it to get fixed and it never did. What a joke.

We waited inside for 10 minutes while no one came over at all to take our order or even to say that it would be a minute. We then decided to try the drive through and ordered a hot chocolate Box O’ Joe and were told we would need to come wait inside for it because it would take a while. We then went inside again and sat for 10 minutes, watching 1 employee manning the window and the other employee walking around on the phone the entire time. We finally got our order and will never go back to that Dunkin.

I come to this Dunkin on a regular basis. I was at front counter ordering a box of donuts. While the worker was getting my donuts as I picked each kind. I heard someone throw something in the back and started swearing and yelling at the other employees. The worker that was waiting on me just looks at me in despair. I asked who is doing that? All they said was oh that’s our manager. Shame on them! To even tolerate such a toxic work environment. I’ve heard swearing and yelling before. But I just thought people have their off days. But apparently this is happening on a daily occurrence it seems.

They take forever, they give out stale bagels, this happens more often, and there services is horrible, no matter how many times you go they forgot something or the Oder is incorrect. There drive thu, is the longest wait ever. Go to East Providence location, quick efficient. Stay far away from this spot unless you have time to wait for ever and want wrong orders.
As someone who likes consistency, I can always be confident in this place messing up something every time and taking as long as possible. Don't come here if you're in a rush, the staff is nice though so that's a plus.

Doors are locked drive through only. Man walking by could get no service. Bus driver no service. I drove away. Last week they were to busy talking and forgot the muffin and very slow service. I guess they're too busy talking they can't handle drive through and walk-ins. Always putting drive through as priority, could care less if you're standing there in front of them. Stupid DD manager policy
