(October 1, 2025, 7:15 a.m.): Nailed it, Dunkin Donuts this morning at 7:15 a.m. Super fresh, super tasty—especially that sandwich bread, tasted like my wife's homemade cooking. Cheese was spot on, bread was perfect. Staff were super friendly and got my coffee just right. 5 stars, for sure. Highly recommend.

Are all these Dunkin in Seekonk owned by the same jerks? Cuz not one of them have great management or is the same one ? I'm guessing it's the same one like shut up and stop yelling at the staff members already I think I'm going to switch to honeydew donuts

Terrible customer service. The workers are rude and unfriendly. Been there 3 times and all 3 times, got a different rude worker. I tipped all 3 times and not once even got a smile. They all seem to hate their jobs. Management needs to step in before the nice, pretty, new Dunkin has no customers.

Visited this morning for my daily cold brew and I heard an older woman loudly arguing with one of the younger employees in a manner that you hear in rap videos and not in a place of business. I'm unsure of the hiring practices of this location but it appears that the hiring manager is unqualified and/or oblivious to reading personalities. I, for one, will not be returning to this location as this is not something I want or need to hear on my drive to a 10 hour work day.

I came here Monday mid morning and I have never experienced such horrible customer service. There was a girl mid 20s with long brown hair in a ponytail(which is already disgusting I can only imagine how much hair is in people’s food) that was so rude she sounded so miserable on the speaker I will not be going back there. Even after I tipped her and told her to have a nice day no response, as if I was just a bother to her. They really need to pick a better staff at that location.
disappointed my food was cold and I was waiting 10 minutes for a sandwich when they parked me to bring it out Brand new establishment and workers are making it disgusting tall man or woman coughing everywhere when I was in drive through not covering herself the employees are having sexual conversations in front of customers at the window this is my third and last visit to this location. They need to hire better people .

Went two days in a row, the first day it was slow, about 15 minutes til I got my order from when I placed it on the mobile app...... today I got stuck in the double drive through garbage for well beyond 15 minutes waiting for a simple order.
There's another dunks nearby, maybe try your luck there instead. Left without getting my order today, as did many other customers.

Okay I used to go to the Dunkin on Pawtucket Ave in riverside but my order gets messed up EVERYTIME. The coffee is watered down, no flavor , just wrong. I come to the seekonk location and finally they get it right. I get more than enough iced coffee. It’s made correctly, my sandwich is always hot and fresh, and the drive thru crew is always friendly to me. I guess people have to find a location that works for them but I found mine 👏🏽
