Everytime I come here they’re always out of something constantly. The tall blonde girl always has an attitude and tells people she only has 2 hands!! Get it together instead of gossiping around actually do your job. The only guy that works there is very unsanitary and touches things with his hands and will literally get your order wrong everytime, I can’t tell if he’s the manager since he’s never properly dressed and always sitting down. Won’t be coming back here anymore.

This is the literal worst dunkin i have ever been to. The workers suck and appear to be doing anything but actually working if it isn’t gossiping or complaining then they’re moving 0.5 miles an hour. I do not and never will recommend this establishment. Coffee is always burnt (and when i say always i mean i’d put a $10K bet on it) the foods always undercooked. I stopped going here forever ago im just trying to warn everyone!! Because of where i live door dash goes to that dunkin and i always make them give me my money back thats how bad they suck!!

Went there today and asked if they have the stuff to make loaded hash browns was advised yes but they don’t have the cheese. If u don’t have the cheese then you don’t have the stuff! You all need to be more prepared.

Place is so grimey.. everyone is so rude.. They can't even make a decent coffee. The ceiling is leaking got a food container on the ground to catch it. Makes you wait so they can serve drive thru first.. I would rather spend more money and go to Starbucks they give that nasty location my business. If I could put no stars I would ???

Instead of taking my card she walked away so I left. I come to this Dunkin every day, not anymore. Whoever that window girl was does not belong working with people or customers

So I walked in without anyone else there and it was like I was invisible. 3 people, no eye contact, no hello for 2 minutes then one was at their computer placing a drive thru order and I said can I order?! No smile, no anything but “I’ll be with you in a minute” followed by another minute of ignoring me… still no smile she took my $13 order for an iced coffee and a sandwich… another 4minites, a guy came in and they waited on him, then my coffee and “all set”.., I’m like “And my sandwich?!” Not started yet, still no sign of remorse she puts my sandwich in, tells someone else it’s mine and goes in the back?!?!! So after a total of 10minutes and when she gives me my sandwich I say you need a better system… I tried to express to the manager who had headphones on was cleaning and ignored me completely!! Not that all of that wasn’t bad enough, but just to completely piss me off, when she says what to me, I say I’m trying to tell someone how long I waited and was ignored but she’s not hearing me… she responds “I’m sorry you can choose another dunkin!!!! REALLY!! How bout just another Dunkin employee?!?! Or manager?!?!? Anyone really!!! Ridiculous. Unacceptable… not even close to any kind of service.

I don’t know if she was having a bad day, but leave your personal life at home. No manners what so ever. You’d expect the manager to be professional.

Asked for a bagel with butter on it strawberry cream cheese on the side lightly toastedThe lady was super nice repeated it back to me I got a semi light with burnt edges no butter. A little disappointed this morning but usually they're on it but usually they get it right.
Poor attitudes from management. Like you’re inconveniencing them when you need a refund for a product you ordered but they’re out of. “We can’t do refunds” they say.

Another place that take the fast out of fast food & drink waited over 10 mins in line with only one vehicle in front of me we drive up to the windows so we can keep going on the run but it never happens at this location owners / manager please look at what these ppl are doing I’m so done with this
