Staff is hit or miss at this location Jersey mikes itself is very good imo but I wish this location could hire better staff I find that their portions are inconsistent based on who makes your food or how busy they are

I wanted to take a moment to highlight the outstanding service I received from two Jersey Mike’s employees Adam and Jake, during my recent visit. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with genuine smiles and provided exceptional service. Both employees were not only efficient but also incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. They handled a busy lunchtime rush with ease, maintaining a positive attitude the entire time.

Their attention to detail, speed, and professionalism were truly impressive. It’s rare to encounter employees who seem to genuinely care about the quality of service they provide, and these two certainly stood out. They deserve recognition for their hard work, and I firmly believe they both deserve a raise for consistently delivering such outstanding customer experiences. Keep up the great work!

The assistant manager Jake is an absolutely joke. He’s rude, arrogant, and made me feel stupid for having my sandwich made wrong. He made corny comments attacking me subtlety and I tried my best to keep my composure but somebody needs to hear about it. I called the head office and they said it’d be taken care of properly but I never heard back. I will never be back!!!!!!!

Basically the '92 Bulls of JMs. Adam's basically Rodman, Jake is luke Michael Jordan, Madden like Pippin, Jalil is Steve Kerr. 5/5, would recommend unless you're a Chiefs fan
