Jersey Mike's Subs

The assistant manager Jake is an absolutely joke. He’s rude, arrogant, and made me feel stupid for having my sandwich made wrong. He made corny comments attacking me subtlety and I tried my best to keep my composure but somebody needs to hear about it. I called the head office and they said it’d be taken care of properly but I never heard back. I will never be back!!!!!!!

I’m not one to write reviews but I needed to recognize the 2 employees (Jase and Logan) that were slammed with customers as I walked in. Even though there were 5 or so people waiting in front of me, they both made sure I was greeted immediately.
Both had big smiles on their faces while making the perfect sandwich. It’s very rare these days to find professional, respectful and customer focused employees at places like a Jersey Mike’s or other faster food type restaurants.
Kudos to Jase and Logan!!! You guys are why I’ll go back….

Always a pleasant and quick experience at this store. The staff are friendly, but not overbearing. Just decent sandwiches at decent prices.

Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options but I would not say there are many. They primarily utilize portobello mushrooms as a meat substitute.

The food was great and the workers on staff Alix Hai and Amanda made my food extremely quickly and it tasted delicious and they were thoughtful and kind paid for my meal when my card declined

Service started out great. I showed up a little early for my online order. Started it up for me no problem. Very little to no customer engagement throughout the process. Would rather be having a totally non work related conversation with co workers. Once order was finished it was placed on a rack on a seperate side of the counter instead of being handed to me, despite waiting in line for it to be completed. Lastly no confirmation my order was done besides me having to verify my own bag, no good bye from any member of staff. 20 years in food service myself, customer service was a low point today.

The service was so great at this location! They helped us out quickly and made an amazing original italian. Hai, Alix, Amanda, and JR were so great to us and very nice! My favorite sandwich place

I had just finished a very long shift from both my jobs working since 4am and had just finished around 7pm I stopped at jersey mikes to get somethin to eat and the women who assisted me told me to call her “Hey” I believe it was her name. She assisted me very well was very friendly. She, herself I’m giving a 100 star rating, amazing personality very professional.

The service was very great. They had the best subs I have ever had. And they were very respectful even though we were younger. The employees, Hai, Alix,Aiden, and Jess were very great I would 100% recommend
