What miserable experience. After standing at the register for over 5 minutes I was instructed to use a kiosk to order.. I placed my order on the kiosk but the code would t work. So I was told to get back in line at the register. Where I was completely ignored for 10 mins. So I left. If you want to waste your time standing around waiting for deplorable service this might be the location for you. I would go to another McDonald’s

Went to grab a double quarter pounder and it looks like it was drenched in grease. I understand a lil grease but this was over the top. The bum was so soggy with grease.

I always order late night. You guys always make it fresh but tonight you guys did me dirty by giving me the worst burger meat and my fries were ice cold. Highly disappointed you guys lost a regular.

Just made a late night order, pulled into the drive through at exactly 1:07 am. Ordered 8 minutes after that. Paid for my food at 1:20, and didn't receive the food I ordered until 1:53. This was the most ridiculous wait I've ever had for "fast food". If anything else was open on my way to work I would have just sacrificed my money to unholy demon that is this franchise. It's always been slow at this time, but 15 minutes is different, it's justifiable, maybe they needed to make a fresh batch of fries? Who knows? They sure weren't my fries. Absolutely ludicrous. Guess I'll just have to become a taco bell guy...
