Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt

Eric was so amazing. He made the store so clean and making sure everything is nice and sanitary. He really cares about customer experience, I was having my froyo and couldn’t help but notice how hard working he is. Fantastic!!

I haven’t had frozen yogurt in so long. I was beyond excited to try this. The yogurt and toppings are very good. The best I’ve had maybe. But the service. Was terrible. We arrived during a shift change and the gentleman working the counter was beyond rude. Making faces and rolling his eyes. Thankfully the woman who arrived as his relief was friendly and outgoing.

My friend and I tried going in at 10:20pm on a Friday night and the doors were already closed, from the looks of it, it appears you guys do not want any $$$. Why are you closing the door early when it states online that you close at 10:30pm and your doors in person says you close at 11pm? Very disappointed, I was going in to pickup and leave.

$10 for half a cup of froyo is crazy. There was no soap in the bathroom and the man that worked there (the only employee we saw) was wearing a shirt with a big weed leaf on it, he was ungroomed and I wasn't entirely sure he wasn't just a rando that walked in off the street. Before he rang us up, he asked us if we were from the area and didn't ring us up until we answered. As we were leaving, he followed us out and lit up a cigarette. Incredibly unprofessional and an unwelcoming environment. I do not reccomend bringing your kids here. Will not be back.

Overweight white girl with short brown hair was closing. We arrived more than fifteen minutes before closing. Before walking in we saw a group leave the register with their frozen yogurt and sat at a table to dine in. As soon as we walked through the doors she looked at us and began to put away the supplies without saying a word, and lied to our faces. She claimed that the store stops serving milkshakes after 6:00pm and they do not allow toppings. The only option was a cup of plain frozen yogurt.
We asked for a manager and she stared, we asked a second time and she hesitated but gave an answer. As we were leaving another group of customers outside mentioned that she refused to let them purchase frozen yogurt a few days ago and it was only 9:30pm. The website says they are open until 10:30pm. This should be fixed if that is not the case. That or the worker needs to be informed of proper hours and cleaning times before she continues to drive away business.

she declined service even though we came in before closing. she refused to make milkshakes after 6pm. she also closed all the toppings extremely early making this an unfortunate experience for me. she gave a gross attitude to everyone and was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional!

Heavy set girl yelled at my son for touching the sprinkles because he wasn’t old enough then purposely turned off the tv we sat in-front of with the kids show on I thought they were closing but nope she did it just to be rude because it was only 6:30 smh so what was supposed to be a fun experience for my 5 year old turned into unnecessary rudeness and drama for no reason

Customer service was good, frozen yogurt was amazing! Seen some reviews about it being too expensive it was not expensive but if you don't got it like that just say so :)

Love the bright orange colors so welcoming! The signs on the machines clearly stated if it was gluten-free which I am, so very to have a couple choices! Clean and Bright store. Friendly staff.

First time here, it was yummy& fun! Clean & well taken care of. Love all the different flavors to choose from, I love that you can swirl them if you want to, & I love all the fun toppings...huge hit for the whole family!
