Tomato caprese sandwich on ciabatta with only 4 very small, very thin tomatoes. Most bites did not include tomato. Very disappointing.

Overall decent experience. They don't deliver to a table at this location, which makes it annoying when eating with kids and I imagine people with trouble getting around. Would be nice to find you seat and sip a beverage while waiting for food.

I'm at Cafe # 203869 right now. My croissant is slightly stale, and that's the best part of my visit.
The decaf carafe is empty, they are out of half and half, and neither seems to be forthcoming. I requested a fresh cup so I could get a hot tea instead, only to discover the "hot" water in the hot water carafe was barely warm. Had to make two separate complaints, only to discover, whole looking at my receipt, that I was supposed to receive a free treat for my trouble. (I did not, and that reminds me: I had to request my receipt).
0/10 for this visit!
I spoke with the Cafe Manager before leaving. I was told three times that they are "understaffed" and that such poor service should be expected until they can get their staff back up to level.
I told her not to worry about customers being an imposition because I would not be back. I am posting online reviews so other local, loyal patrons like me can do their part to help by staying away!
There are so many other, locally owned/small business bakery cafes in the area! My business will now be going to them.

Purchased half steak and a small bowl of mac and cheese with 2 lemonade 32.00 Looked at sign When we were leaving and it said pair a 1/2 a sandwich with a Mac and cheese for $11. Do you think the cashier told us that? NEVER AGAIN!! her response "oh get it next time" Joke. Today is 6/28/24
Today the pecan braid was such a disappointment! No frosting, soggy and barely any pecans on it! I looked at the batch on display to see if I could switch the two I purchased but they all looked the same.

Food is decent but expensive for what it is. The service is so disconnected. I order online at this point, even if it is after I sit at a table. Very limited plugs, making it hard to do business meetings at this location.
