Panera bread? More like Panera no bread. This is ridiculous. Three times I have came and no bread. Fool me once? Shame on you. Fool me twice? Can’t put the blame on you. Fool me three times? You get a bad review. Maybe try getting a bigger shipment to make up for your small amount of sympathy, Panera.

I have been to this place two times both orders ahead and both times my orders have been wrong in the food has been bad. This time they gave me literally one strip of bacon no tomato no lettuce and the bread was stale this was disgusting I would not recommend eating at this Panera bread ever again. Outside the counter girl the service was not the best. I see why it's not busy when I go and I WON'T be going again.

Absolutely disgusted. Walked in on Saturday with my mom. Restaurant was FILTY! Tables were all dirty unless out near the foreplace. Bathroom had paper towels in front of doors. Waited for someone to come take our order ended up having to go to kiosk. Got my salad and ate a little then decided to toss it to mix in the dressing and it was saturated with ranch to the point where its all i could taste but didnt feel i could bring it back because i had already started eating it. Dog in the restaurant and no staff wpuld know because noone came out to clean the filthty atmosphere.
Will not be returning. Id accept my money back but only as a gift card or refund. Not returning to this restaurant. Definitely not what i remember!

It sure is a panera bread. Biggest problem ive ever had there is an employee occasionally forgetting a small detail on my order. Clean, cozy. Could have a few more outlets, but thats on the guys who built the place, not the restaurant.

RIDICULOUS. Imagine them messing up your delivery order and you try to give them a call to have them switch out just a drink . Since Ofcourse they are sold out of the specific drink. And the line is ringing for 30 mins. NO ANSWER. Why the hell would you have a number that you guys can’t answer . Get it together
I went in and it was the end of lunch time. The food was great, but there was nowhere to sit because the one clean table was wobbly and broken, and all other 10 open tables were still dirty. I ended up just cleaning my own table with a napkin.
