Bread bowl was stale, French onion soup tasted more like tomato soup and was cold, and no cheese or croutons. Gross.

This place has went to crap! The food is horrible and fastly cooked. There is a new cook apparently and can't make soup. When I go to other locations, it's great.. but the Seekonk MA location is horrible. I ordered the broccoli and cheddar soup twice last month, BOTH times it was just cream with ZERO broccoli or carrots. I JUST called to ask them if it was the same before I ordered online and at least they had the common courtesy to inform me That I would most likely be disappointed with the amount of broccoli it has in it today, which meant ONCE AGAIN, All cream ! So gross! So disappointing ! I USE to LOVE this place YEARS AGO! New management, cooks, staff, turnover at This location is horrible

When I was at the kiosk, ordering, I asked the young woman behind the counter if they had caffeine free Diet Pepsi. She said they did. So I added a drink to my order. When I got to the back of the restaurant where the soda dispenser is located I saw that they did not have caffeine free diet Pepsi. I went back to the front, got her attention and said “you don’t have caffeine free diet Pepsi.” She said “we don’t?” I said “no. “At that point, she turned around and walked away. There was no offer to refund the price of my drink. There was no acknowledgment that she had steered me wrong.

Also, the chicken in my Cobb salad tasted like it was filled with chemicals.

This location consistently demonstrates a lack of reading comprehension which is required to execute the most basic of tasks such as checking that all items are in an order. If they consistently fail at something so basic, think about what else they are failing at.

Never been a huge Panera fan decided to try on wim an am reminded why I didn’t like Panera their over priced their sandwiches suck the staff sucks. Coffee sucks

Made an order through door dash which got picked up but never brought to me. No fault of panera, contacted the store and the manager on duty made things right without any hassel or issue. Great customer service which is rare these days.

Ordered the new steak and cheese sandwich on the poster board and when my order was ready it was chicken. How could you possibly make that mistake. They then wrap the right sandwich in front of me for a take out order instead of offering me that one so I could eat with my family. Then I’m told in a rude manner to go sit down they will call me later when my order is ready. I ask for a refund and not told I’m sorry nothing just rude service. That’s why I didn’t trust them to remake my order. I was giving the worst attitude and didn’t trust my food. My wife ordered a salad and it was missing the dressing and half the ingredients listed on the salad. Place is horrible!

Panera bread? More like Panera no bread. This is ridiculous. Three times I have came and no bread. Fool me once? Shame on you. Fool me twice? Can’t put the blame on you. Fool me three times? You get a bad review. Maybe try getting a bigger shipment to make up for your small amount of sympathy, Panera.
