Smallest portions ever, they are so skimpy yet overpriced

I come here often on my lunch break and it’s been excellent every time. Yesterday however, I got a few pieces of bad poke. The tuna had a fishy taste, but no smell. Decided I was turned off from eating and threw the rest out. Not sure if I’ll return.

The brown sugar boba was fresh and they had a unique menu offering for bubble tea. I had the banana foster milk drink and it was basically dessert. The staff was super friendly and the location was really clean. I will be going back for the food next time!

Love the Hong Kong milk tea but service is also soooooo slow
Love their poke bowls! They were out of stock of avocado, and I wanted a musubi which they also didn’t have available. But other than that, the service was great and the poke was delicious! It’s cute inside too.

I will never come back here. This place is an absolute ripoff. My bowl was 16$ and I got like three bits of their tuna (which was extra) and they couldn’t even give me more than a few tiny bits of CHICKEN. If I was not with my girlfriend I would have walked out. Honestly unbelievable. I paid 16$ for rice, vegetables, and some crunchy wontons on top. INSANE!

The boba tea selections are limited despite the huge offerings on the tea menu. One kid loved hers and the other did not. I found both the brown and white rice super bland. I enjoyed freshness of the veggie toppings and the wonton crisps. You can select your sugar/sweetness level. Worth a try. The spicy shrimp poké bowl was good. The kids love that. Good place to try something new.
Kid-friendliness: Everyone is welcome there

Foods good but this is the worst location. You are lucky if the bowl is half full. Other locations are much better.
Also if you order online they force you to add a Tipp? WTH?

This is a standard pokebowl place with some added drink options. They have their specialties and you can customize your own bowl. They have some tasty drinks. We have a lot of these in NYC where I'm from so I wasn't expecting anything different.
Well let me tell you what makes this place stand out and if I'm in the area again, I will specifically come to this spot in particular: the service.
The worker who made my bowl (6/15/24 evening shift) was patient and helpful and kind. He pointed out all the options, explained what they were, and made recommendations. He was generous with the portions. When it came to making the drinks, he was the same. When we had questions, he was glad to answer. When it came to swapping ingredients for drinks, he was helpful. I would like to point out that we went near closing time and in a lot of places, people are done with the day and ready to go home, which I completely understand and I try to go in and out so everybody can be out on time. This guy, he was patient and upbeat and enthusiastic and just all an all around great representation of Pokemoto.
Don't get me wrong, the food was great. Their ingredients were fresh, everything was mixed into the bowls great, the drinks were perfect as ordered. The food was great with no complaints. But what sets this place above other pokebowl experiences I had was the service.
Other things to note:
They have some fun Hawaiian canned drinks, interesting combinations of guava, pineapple, mango, orange, and some other fruits in bright, colorful cans.
The place was very clean. The food was handled in a clean manner and the disposable items used to gather and mix ingredients were disposed of very quickly and efficiently.
Their tea menu has some great options and offers milk substitutions like oat milk and almond milk. Ask for their recommendations for sugar level because some drinks have a sweeter base to begin with.

Delicious Poke Bowl. We did build your own adding our proteins of choice. Very clean eclectic place! There are only 2 tables but that's okay.

Literally nothing like the pictures online. You get half the food. Any poke place I go to they give you a big spoon full. Not half a spoon or pinch of topping. Spent 20$ on a snack. I’m not happy and will be complaining to management in the morning.
