Really wanted a green tea tonight but the young lady that’s usually there wasn’t there tonight and I’m disappointed. My drink had no flavor at all. She should have been paying attention instead of talking on the phone.

This Hawaiian food chain place never has spam for the poke bowls. Must I explain the significance of Hawaii and spam? Every time I come here with my daughter, they claim they don't have it. The word is actually crossed off the menu with a marker. In my opinion, this is the equivalent of having a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on the menu, and then also telling people sorry we don't have jelly. Ridiculous. Other than that, it's ok here.

Be very careful ordering from here online, cause if they closed theirs no notification online they take your order and money and when you go get it they have a sign saying they are closed, no customer service phone number it’s been very difficult to get my money back.

If you are going to be closed you need to update that online not just with a janky note on the door - your website still allowed me to place an order and we drove 30 minutes to find it was closed! Ridiculous

placed an order on grubhub for delivery at 6:53pm. received an update that a courier was on the way to pick it up, and then suddenly at 7:26pm i received an email that my order was cancelled. at that point i had already waited over 30 minutes for the food. called the store 4 times to see if i can just pick up the order instead but no answer. ordered online for convenience because i am babysitting my brother, but would have rather been notified by the restaurant a reason for the cancellation. poor communication and a waste of time.

Cute place, hidden in the shopping plaza. I enjoyed the build your own bowl!
Other than being pricey. The server was excellent and helpful especially being my first time there. The food tastes fresh and the tea with boba was so sweet and refreshing.

Showed up just before closing on a monday. Staff was more than willing to help me pick out my mail. I even offered to let them finish closing and leave and they were thrilled to help me as a customer. Delicious meal. Very filling. Well worth every penny. Will definitely be coming back.

Have to preface my review is not about the employees or anyone working but more for the store owner/manager/franchise: I truly understand that corporations don't give a flying anything about the consumers. I am extremely aware of the fact that we are just money, one person doesn't matter nor does it make a difference in your bottom line or if the doors stay open. To have giant signs outside, indoors, three separate menus for boba and not have even 1/3 of what is offered inside is crazy. The poor girls had a hard enough time explaining it, which they SHOULDN'T have to(fix the menu?), but they had only enough boba for one drink. Mind you, it's barely 2pm on the weekend. Extremely disappointed, waited over ten minutes for the teas for only one to have boba. Line was building, and only one worker on. Once again, the worker was AWESOME she was beyond personable, friendly, and welcoming. MANAGEMENT and owners should step up and help out. Can't get workers? Well, y'all get salary or management pay. Step up. It's sad. I wouldn't go here if you have any morality to where you eat. The teas were amazing though. Cheers.

Great food and service! The boba tea is flavorful and honestly might be the best I've had. The portions are good too while still being at a pretty affordable price. It's always a treat stopping by here before work :)

For the love of a pokemoto that includes cooked protein, I went to this spot close to a TJ Maxx and Homegoods stores. This is a franchise so if you have been to other Pokemoto poke spots or any other poke specialty place for that matter, this review would not make a difference. If, however, you have not tried one but do like sushi and those Japanese flavors, live in this area or somewhere close, or just satisfying your hunger after a shopping trip, then this Japanese-inspired Hawaiian bowl may just be to your liking. I find poke bowls to be a safe bet when I cannot decide what to eat. I especially enjoy the ability to add on as much toppings as I like (kani! tempura flakes! more!). Pokemoto has ready menu items but if you want to create something more personal, you are in luck. Since my first visit, I have gone to this place about half a dozen times as of this review. Pretty much every time I am at TJ Maxx in this mall. Fast. Fresh. Clean tasting food. Fair price. Can't beat that.
