Was promised a refund by James due to a messed up order that he admitted to messing up and haven’t received it! I paid for something I did not receive! I requested a partial refund for what I didn’t get and was advised they can’t do partial refunds and would have to refund full order but never received refund! Very dissatisfied, am filing a complaint.
Additional notes: submitted complaint, heard from Charles Smith franchisee who refunded $5. Apparently them not being able to refund partial orders is baloney! Was misinformed by James who did not follow thru with what they promised!

The Subway on Route 44 Taunton Avenue in East Providence/Seekonk is the ONLY Subway that I will go to. Bread is ALWAYS soft and fresh, every sandwich is delicious and made by staff who really care about their customers!!! Everyone who works there is very friendly, professional, respectful and seem to take pride in whatever they are doing. I’ve gone to closer Subway to my house and they are terrible. I will drive the distance to get a great sandwich and nice experience. Keep up the good work Taunton Avenue Subway, you’re doing everything right!!!!
I would like to know what putting regular Vegetables looks like because my looks like They put nothing in it, maybe two things almost nothing in here and I paid for extra meat and it looks like regular meat to me also. If I get an option for a phot I will post one.

I’m absolutely disgusted I love subway so much me and my boyfriend go to the one in seekonk every now and then. And I’m no karen I have a never written a review before but this place is absolutely disgusting. they used their hands to pick up my food and the kid was HIGH as hell. that’s so embarrassing management should do better.

Today you went to this subway around 7:25 pm and the tallest young man of the 2 who are serving me made me a sandwich of 2 wheels of tomato cut in half.He couldn't use a knife he did it with his hands I asked for banana peper he didn't add it I asked for mayonnaise suet oneons and chipotle souse he put ranch and another hot sauce when he sawed the sanduich it was a tremendous disaster he has no skill to do things I will never do it again this subway i just want show u employee how make a subway sandwich i dont like to complain but tonight was to much for me

Nice spot! Subway is subway right, but this one went over and above with customer service. The person taking my order truly cared and had a positive attitude. Clean restaurant, nice and the food was good. I like experiences like this.
