Because SUBWAY has allowed this store to operate in this manner skimping on food for so long I have decided to NOT GO TO ANY SUBWAY. SUBWAY JUST LOST A 30+ YEAR PATRON BECAUSE OF THE SOUTH POINT, OHIO STORES SHITTY SERVICE. IVE NEVER BEEN HANDED A SUB THAT DIDN'T FILL UNTIL I WENT TO THIS STORE. I WENT THERE BECAUSE I WAS HUNGRY AND THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO GET SOMETHING DECENT TO EAT. INSTEAD I WENT BACK TO LITTLE CAESARS' NEXT DOOR TO THE SHITTY SUBWAY. WASN'T EVEN GONNA WASTE TIME EVEN WALKING INTO SUBWAY AND TELLING THE YOUNG MAN. LET THEM READ IT HERE.

Pull up at 9:12pm 1 employee who's outside tells me they are closed , I informed him they close at 10pm . Everything was put away etc not gd service. Not happy at all never had this issue

Young teenage boy was terrible. He had earbuds in the entire time and had to keep asking me to repeat myself. Then when I get home there was literally no lunch meat in my Italian sandwich. He jammed all my order into one bag and told me the rest wouldn’t fit instead of giving me a second bag. Not putting lunch meat in my Italian was the absolute worst part though. Like how little do you have to pay attention to not put that into the sandwich. Location was not close to my home so when I called it didn’t work. Absolutely terrible service and I’ll never go back. Sub way should be ashamed a young kid could care that less about his job.

5/15 I arrived at 8:45 cause online it says open till 10:00. Because I had a bad experience at the EP location the young people had pretty much closed the store their store at 8:20 nothing in the sandwich unit and could tell they wanted to go home so I left. I wish I got the young lady's name who was working, cause she was so nice and ready to help us. I asked if she was still open she said yes. Her sandwich until was fully stocked and clean. She was so pleasant and didnt rush us and took her time as she made my grandsons sandwich. Then I noticed she had already closed her register and was pretty much ready to go home. You have a great employee there young lady with brown hair who closed 5/15...

I would not recommend going here if you have a limited amount of time for lunch like I do. I put an online order in at 11:15, app said it'd be done by 11:35, yet I was waiting for 20 minutes until I got my sandwich at 11:55. You can imagine my frustration when I only had 5 minutes to eat a foot long. This isn't the first time this has happened either. Staff was very very slow, absolutely no hustle or care whatsoever. If you plan on going plan to wait about an hour more than the app says.
I used to be a regular here I would come in every night around 6:30 unfortunately I recently stopped coming to this location because whenever I came in it was always very clearly messy, not a place I would want to eat from and the people on shift weren’t happy to be there, I was used to seeing the same teenage girl on shift every night, and even tho she looked tired she never had a problem with taking my order I always left a good tip for her she was great, maybe they need to rehire her or something idk but this location is falling apart

This location is very very very run down. They are definitely short staffed, and the staff they have is unwelcoming. Music blaring at times, I had to raise my voice just so they can hear my order. Place also needs updating and repairs. I would definitely stay away from this location until it gets some TLC.
