They literally forget the sauces - not one order did they ever include one sauce. Starting to think it’s intentional at this point. They will always forget some part of your order. You can ask for extra hot sauce and get none. Either the staff are extremely forgetful or they just want the place to continue receiving bad reviews

To be honest, their food used to be better, and their portions used to be bigger. The prices are up everywhere, but the food in here keeps getting smaller. The girl at the register was very nice and courteous, but they took a long time getting my food ready, and to be honest, they were not that busy. It's kind of disappointing 😞 it used to be one of my favorite fast food joints in the past. If I have to say anything, the food still tastes ok.

Don't come here. Some of the workers are legit belligerent and aggressive. One was being particularly loud and threatening in the back and the other workers there I think we're just horrified and kept quiet. Stay away

We went through the drive thru and the new AI greeter was not efficient at all in taking our order and then when it switch to a real person the order was messed up since we spent the first few minutes talking to a computer. Our order was completely wrong and half the tacos in the bag were not wrapped and spilled all the filling all over the bag so i had to SCRAPE them back into tacos from the bottom of the bag.

Blackouts and Power Outages mostly when storms occur are the only issues at this location. The young kids work hard and have a Good attitude at This location I can't always that for their competitors.
Drive thru took over 45 minutes!!!! this is absolutely ridiculous. no fault of the in store workers however management NEEDS to staff more people.

On Monday October 21 at 9pm we started our mobile order while driving on the highway of providence going to seekonk and then we saw it said they were preparing the food. We walked in and was never greeted now mind you there were many people working that night but they were all talking about waxing and if it hurt or not and laughing. Plus they looked at us and a couple more people that came in and still kept talking about things that had nothing to do with work. Then one man told the girls to go check if the ladies bathroom had toilet paper and not just one went to check but two did all while laughing and never greeting us. I started saying out loud this happens every time i order here it says its being worked on and you have to wait an hour. Finally after us being there a half hour a man worker asked us the name on our order and asked everyone who was making it and everyone said not me so he started making it all by him self. Then they gave it to us and no one apologized. And i said again this is ridiculous your phone says its done and we have been here almost an hour waiting. I asked him where's our box as two of the meals was the Luxe Craving Box and the man said they did not put in boxes they just put it all in the bag. We also never heard thank you and have a great night. Since we ordered for four people we wanted to make sure it was all there and we couldn't check because tables and counters were not clean. When we were home to eat our food it was made with just a little bit of meat and in our chips with nacho cheese the bags were almost empty. Bad service and the food was not even done the right way as I have purchased it before and came more meat our topping were missing to. Now mind you this was all while we had a baby in the car, we ordered in the app to make it quicker since we had the baby with us. Unbelievable I guess fooling around and laughing is better than serving your customers.
