Every employee makes the beach bum chocolate different it’s disappointing when ur expecting the same drink an there not cheap ones got nice chocolate in it dark color next one very strawberry an light colored. Not great training.

I travel for work and I make it my business to locate the nearest TPS in whatever city that I’m visiting. I recently relocated back to East Providence and thank heavens that I have a Tropical Smoothie just a short drive from where I live . The customer service is fabulous and the food is always up to par. The people that work here always have smiles on their faces. Keep up the great work folks and I’ll continue to visit this location often . ??

That’s the quick and dirty. This is one of the best value smoothies I have had ANYWHERE. The girl couldn’t be bothered to care that I was a paying customer, but whatever.

My lady and I LOVE THIS PLACE !! I get a Mocha smoothie everytime and use splenda as a substitute for sugar.. I am currently on a ketogenic diet... the Smoothie is a meal replacement for me.. many healthy add ins are available which at first glance appear pricey. When I load up on the vitamin options.. my smoothie comes out to around 17.00... not bad for a meal.. My lady has tried some extremely healthy yogurt and fruit based dishes with flax seed ,blueberries, bananas. I didn't eat any, but it appeared fantastic and she loves them and will usually order that as well as a kids sized smoothie!! We love it here !! Wish we were there right now !!

My smoothie was frozen solid. You’d think they would be freshly made
As soon as my family walked into the place the smell of the place was horrendous. It smelled like pure garbage to the point where we turned around and left the facility and went to eat something else. Very disappointed.

This location constantly gets orders wrong, which is especially frustrating because we don’t eat meat. So we throw out the order about 1/3 of the time. They once made two kids sized coffee smoothies instead of chocolate banana smoothies. We order through the app and the stickers on the food match what we order, but they get it wrong far more often than they should.

I highly recommend that you don't go there. The employees are very rude and have mean faces. They don't smile and have bad attitudes. They are poorly trained. Don't even understand how to get a simple smoothie right. I asked for a avocalada with whey protein and they forget to put the whey protein and that I paid for! I will never be returning again . Avoid this place at all costs.

Pomegranate smoothie was great but the place smelled so disgusting, like a rancid cheese shop! Ewe! They sell food so not sure if something went bad and they’ve been working in there all day and can’t smell it! I would never go back unless I was wearing a mask!!!

I don't know if anyone else has this issue but my cups bottom out on me a lot.Also with this location I've noticed that there would be like 6 or 7 people on shift but only one activity working the smoothie station. I just spent 20 minutes waiting because only one person was making the drinks.
