I just moved here, and am a regular at dunkin. Unfortunately this location is very disappointing. Every single time I come here, employees are rude and never fail to either get my order wrong or completely forget to put it in the bag. This morning I got the $6 meal deal. I ordered it ahead (on the app) so avoid getting the wrong thing. Coffee was fine, but sandwich was wrong (ordered it on a croissant and got it on an English, and never got hashbrowns. I'm not one to usually complain, because mistakes happen, but this is a regular thing at this location and there was not 1 customer in the drive thru or inside, so today I'm having a hard time comprehending where there was room for error.... will not be coming back and will be contacting the franchise owner as well as corporate.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!! if I could give 0 stars I would I will be name dropping. Spencer is the rudest employee I’ve ever met with a terrible attitude I had to wait 15 minutes just to even have then acknowledge me in the store and when they finally did I was met with annoyance and arrogance from Spencer and had to wait another 10 minutes for them to start my order (mobile order put in 15 minutes before my arrival) I don’t recommend going here ever I recommend eating week old food before going there.

Disappointed. The girl in drive thru refused to give me my free coffee on Monday. The app wasn’t scanning correctly, even though I did it correctly. I work at a different DD. The app does that a lot, when it does that with me, I just give the person their free drink, especially when I know it’s just the app that is messed up. :/ they just throw the drink away when that happens, so why not just give it to me when it wasn’t my fault the app doesn’t work? That’s bad customer service.
