Food is always subpar and will take atleast 30 mins to get to the table no matter what you order. I've waited up to an hour before for just 3 plates of wings that were most definitely frozen. One time I could even see plates of wings just waiting on the counter for nearly 30 minutes, felt bad for the poor sop who was going to get those cold, sad wings until low and behold they were ours. Whole time I could have just gotten up and grabbed them myself since the waiters apparently couldn't be bothered to serve them. Same goes for anything else you want. Gotta flag someone down who'll actually stop for you, then after you ask, repeat the process again 20 mins later since they've forgotten, and BAM! Here's one ranch 😁

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Great spot overall! My go-to orders are the teriyaki and lemon pepper v'ings-always delicious. While the food quality can vary slightly depending on the day, the service is consistently friendly and the atmosphere is we.coming. Definitely worth a visit!

Loved Susie on the bar, that's the only thing this place did right - that girl on her own worked that huge bar and even grabbed people's food when she noticed it was taking awhile to come out. the nachos were cold, shredded cheese only (barely) melted on the top center and very little of anything on the nachos at all. The chicken wings were good until we realized in the order we brought home... They still had feathers! Hard to hide on wings with no sauce huh? Currently nauseous thinking about how many feathers I potentially ate last night. Are these wings even cleaned at all because I'm very sure youre not supposed to eat feathers
Always a great place for wings.

Update (2025):
The place is called Buffalo wild wings. You would think with a name such as that that they would focus on the quality and preparation of the one thing that noted in their name their chicken wings.
I ordered the garlic Parm wings that I have had literally dozens of times at various BWW stores throughout the area over the years. I have noticed that the wings that have been supplied and prepared the Buffalo wild wings are getting smaller and tougher. These chicken wings are tiny. They are like frog legs rather than a chicken. And it's almost as if they were frozen and reheated. The meat is tough. It does not fall off the bone. You have to literally try to chew it off. You get a better quality chicken wing by buying the pre-cooked wings at the supermarket. It's sad to see what the quality has become at a restaurant that tells itself to be specializing in chicken wings. Service is good but the chicken they buy and serve is bad

Better than the local alternative (Hooters) good quality and portions, free drink refills, great friendly servers (especially Sean who we request on each visit). Frequently quite busy and occasionally have to wait for seat. Favorite is Parm Garlic bone-in wings that are specially priced on Tuesdays. Onion Rings are also quite good. Caesar salad is not great (small and pricey) but all else is great. in-house bar, many TVs surrounding dining area blasting Sports broadcasts (makes it hard to have a conversation)

Honestly, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a while. From the start, our server seemed completely checked out. Super basic stuff like getting forks or straws took forever, and we had to keep asking multiple times just to get them.
The food took over an hour to come out, which made no sense because people who came in after us were getting served way before we did. It really felt like they either forgot about us or just didn’t care.
When the appetizers finally showed up, they were cold... like, had-obviously-been-sitting-there cold. Overall, between the bad service and the long wait for cold food, it was just not a good time. Wouldn’t recommend the waiter we had will be switching waiters if we get her next time.

Every single day of the week I am here at 530/6pm. But This location is HORRENDOUS, and after going to many others. I have also worked for Buffalo Wild Wings before… and wow.. The heat alone in this restaurant is uncomfortable and I could tell that the employees are dealing with such an ordeal with that alone, that is not okay. I for one wouldn’t enjoy working in those conditions let alone trying to sit down and have a meal with my family. I would ask for a manager from the bartender and receive a smirky remark. I couldn’t get a manager out here to speak to me for 30minutes because they said they were busy in the kitchen helping out the cook because they were alone. How does Buffalo Wild Wings only have one cook every single day during the day and it seems like they’re going through it during the night shift too. Seems like you should get that A/C and ventilation checked out and it also Seems like all the cooks have left due to non workable like conditions. I will be contacting the higher ups as I already spoke with multiple employees here because I’m a regular.

Received my online order completely wrong and then I put in a request to be contacted and they called me a few days later just to argue with me and say that I ordered wrong. What's the point in calling us if your just gonna make the matter worse. Terrible order accuracy and even worse customer service!!! Will not be back!

The cooks in the kitchen where it's 102 degrees, no Air conditioning for them but you can have about 30 tvs on for the 6 people eating? Inhumane and a waste of electricity

The beer was cold and honestly the best cheese curds ever, even better than in Wisconsin. Slow service, fries are below average and the patty melt wasn't really actually toasted/ grilled. The restaurant has a sewage smell and the management said they just deal with it...

This is the largest Buffalo I've visited and I've been to a lot across the country. The food was terrible. The service was worse, and above all I was the only person in there at 2pm on a Thursday and couldn't get my order or a fresh beer. 20 people working and I set at the bar watching people on their phone. Glad my location in Sherman TX, is the bomb or I would never go to another.
The Burger was terrible, but the waitress was nice

Our first time ever. Actually came in on Sunday for the all you can eat,but only Mon- Thur.no worries Linnie our server was incredibly helpful with making out choices. she nailed it for us. Had the Bacon 🥓 Patty Melt and upgraded to o- rings. Delicious with very thick cut bacon. Rings were outstanding. My wife got the chicken Parm melt. I must say it looked great and came with a side of Marinara. It was confirmed great by my wife. . Thankfully we tried this place. We are super happy with the choice. We will return. And thank you Linnie.
