The middle part was still very very cold so I asked Caroline our server If she could bring them back and either throw them back in the air fryer or the microwave and she said OK. I saw her grab my mozzarella sticks then go to another table put my mozzarella sticks down on the table…clean off that table off then put my mozzarella sticks on top of all the dirty plates.this is disgusting!!!!! I spoke to manager name Raul where then he apologies and said he will take care of it… after this not once did Caroline our sever Come back and check on us my kids needed refills on their drinks we also wanted to order more wings… so I asked for the manager again Raul … where he came and apologies again because our server completely ignored us. The manager then apologized to me and said they have a party of over 30 people and it might take us a while to get more wings. If our server came to us before that big party our order would have been in on time … this is very disappointing. I had the worst customer service at Buffalo wild wings with Caroline and 1-10 I rate this 1 HORRIBLE

Food was drab… wings were dried out and tiny, unseasoned fries and Cole slaw with dressing on the top! The kicker is the waiter was horrendous… came to the table for drink order once and food order! Never came back to ask if we needed anything like a drink! Sad, sad, sad!

No one answered phone when i called numerous times to order to go. So i order online and when i go to pick up food it was not busy and no one was at the to-go counter so i stood there for 10 minutes. I ended up just grabbing my food on my own, get home to find my mushroom and swiss burger had no mushrooms at all, the thin patties were dry and had no juiciness. Wings were tiny and tiny ranch container was less than halfway filled. This place is not worth the money at all. Almost $2 per tiny wing, $15-20 for a mcdonalds quality burger. Never coming back.
The “chicken” here is probably the worst I’ve had in a while. Why waste your money - it’s fast food level. It’s basically just breaded and fried rubber.
Compared to the great local wings options in Worcester/Shrews its awful. It just has that fake flash frozen and thawed cheap quality about it. Shame.
I would get Hooters chicken over BWW and I’m pretty sure Hooters gets their food from the same distributors. So how it tastes better.. I don’t even know. That doesn’t even make sense.
It’s obvious it’s hormone pumped, frozen, mass quantity type stuff - at every BWW. Just go to 7-Eleven and grab the tenders off the hot rack. It’s the same thing. Great service here though.

i ordered online and i usually go here. i also usually get the same thing. i ordered a garlic parmesan wrap and got BBQ from the taste of it. its not the first time that i’ve been disappointed by this specific location, but they’re the closest to me so it’s what i have to do.
Service was awful, Kelli rarely came back. Had to order drinks with another server. Waited 15 minutes for a draft beer

What a horrible experience. Was told wings would take 15 minutes and it took almost an hour. By the time the food came out we had already asked for a refund, they brought us out food that wasn't even ours. I can understand if it was busy but it moat of the tables were empty. Please don't waste your time here.

For as many TVs as they have and the bar area, you'd think they'd focus more on what's playing and coordinate it.
Celtics post-game and commercials on sound and zero March madness.
It's a BWWs and someone should ALWAYS be coordinating the games to match with the sound, especially during important times of the year.
Bartenders are meh at best. Definitely friendly but zero attention to their surroundings.
Luckily this was my last day visiting and I can go back home to a BWWs where they kinda care.
I really had high hopes for this place too.
