Bought a #5 went to eat the burger and the bun was so burnt it was black. Brought it back and they were making a new one and the manager came over and was standing off-ish and her employee told her the bun was burnt. She immediately started talking trash in spanish. Not know I know spanish, I told her in spanish, hey the bun was burnt, I'm not going to eat that. She then went to the back and continued to talk trash in spanish. I understand you get rude customers and such, but I was not one of them. I came and told them the problem and didn't make a scene, she made it into a scene. We're all humans, we make mistakes. But being rude about it when you're in the wrong, even talking in another language in front of someone because you think they can't understand you is unacceptable. Do better.

We came to this place and got mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce and onion rings and oh my goodness it taste so good I loved it and my brother said it’s the best mozzarella sticks he ever tasted. Only problem is that the sticks and rings were cold but I loved it and It costs $5. That’s amazing this deserves a 5 star??

We just came from the airport and was looking to order some food. Our order was wrong from the get go. Instead of a whopper with cheese and no tomato, they gave us an impossible burger with everything on it. We didn't get one of our drinks. We ended up one burger short, and they argued with us demanding to see the receipt. The team leader/manager on duty was argumentative. Later found out they gave our extra burger to another customer. Instead of giving us our receipt back the manager got mad and threw it in the trash. Then you have some male worker who was in the lobby area farting up the place and was disgusting. Disappointed how these workers can make a simple job look incompetent. And later the wife came home with food poisoning.

I went to the drive-thru so I don't know about the atmosphere inside. I did try their new wraps yes definitely get the wraps they're very very good I tried two different kinds and they were both great but they have three kinds and I'm sure the other two were great then the third one is as well. The customer service was awesome and my order was done quickly. Always a pleasure to stop in for a quick bite thank you all for the great customer service I was traveling and so it's always something that I look for when I go to a restaurant if I'm going to keep going back I look for great customer service so when I come back to Worcester I will be back to your Burger King

Customer service is great, atmosphere is amazing especially during the holidays when they had all these cute xmas decorations. Fast food is served fast.The Burger King Food is kind of bland though. I go there for snacks and quick meals in 2023 after my jobs and have unfortunately tried everything now. Avoid the seasonal gimmicks like BK wraps. Don't be like me.ONLY GET the impossible whopper, jalapeno bites, slushies, and maybe chicken sandwich and onion rings. Everything else feels processed and tasteless. Fries and chicken nuggets taste like disappointment.Most of the food tastes like depression which I kind of enjoy. But most people enjoy depression.
