Large worker was extremely rude to their coworkers n customers. Barely decent customer service n had one worker doing online orders by themselves which seemed very overwhelming for them as people waited 30 mins.

Friend and I ordered 2 salad bowls on 7/30/25 at 5:40pm. This was our exact order: salad base, rice, brown beans, black beans, extra fajita veggies, Chipotle honey chicken, corn, sour cream, cheese, lettuce. Salad greens in a bowl are voluminous — the bowl was filled to the top and putting a lid on it would smush the fillings down.

When my friend asked for corn, the woman filling the bowl said: “The bowl is too big, it won’t close.”

My friend said, “That’s okay, could you just put it on the side then?”

The staff member said: “Next time, if the bowl is too big, then we have to charge you extra.”

My friend asked, “Charge me extra for what?”

The cashier, Jagna, running the register then said: “You got too much rice. Next time we will charge you for extra rice.”

My friend did not get extra rice. Plus, rice and corn are included with the bowl.

A third female employee then jumped in and began to insist that “Next time, you will have to pay extra.”

Extra for what?

One person says extra rice in a salad bowl. Another says that more corn on the side is an additional fee.

At this point, it is 3 different female employees loudly insisting that my friend should be paying more, which is not the case. The long line behind us was getting held up as my friend and I were loudly and rudely getting berated for nothing while paying for a product and a service.

This is a customer service issue that needs to addressed as it left an extremely unpleasant taste in our mouths when we left.

Honestly I know you’re busy but giving me the scraps of food you have left when I say” I’ll take this if you have it.” Meaning if you don’t I’ll get something different like I want to eat and be full not get half a portion. Then acting pissed off because that’s what I asked for. Quit if you don’t like your job don’t take it out on me.

It’s a shame how far this place has fallen. Used to be go-to chipotle. Just ordered for first time in years… They forgot my chips, no access to soda machine or tobasco, and order was 10min late from app pickup time. Food not bad but shouldn’t be forgetting things in a 2 bowl $30 order….

Jagna and the team at Chipotle Shrewsbury truly came to the rescue today! I had a catering order that didn’t go through properly due to a processing error, and despite the short notice, they stepped in and made it happen. I’ve ordered catering from them before and it’s always been on point—but today they went above and beyond. Jagna was incredibly accommodating and helpful, and the whole team delivered with their usual great service and delicious food. This is my go-to Chipotle, and they’ve definitely earned it!

Guacamole was so brown. They must have used bad avocados. Very skimpy on portions. I had to scrape the guac off my bowl.

Disgusting guac, a freezing oily quesadilla, and the smallest portion of chips I’ve ever seen. Everything was gross. Hands down the worst chipotle I’ve ever had in my life. I feel like I just doordashed myself food poisoning.

Worse in history . They charge $4 for extra chicken ,I asked for a cup to get water from fountain he charged me $3.50 and put the charge as soda . I declined and took water from my car . I go to different locations almost everyday and I have never been charged for water in fountain

Outstanding team here. We’ve all been to so many Chipotle’s that they are so consistent and so above and beyond any fast casual chain in America. These guys are amazing. Michelle and the rest of the team here in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts cranks out a whole bunch of fantastic food every night.

Maybe fix the door. :-/
