Probably the worst Chipotle experience I have had in a while.
The good parts is the inside seating area being adequate for what it is suited for. And the food looked freshly stocked. It’s quiet on the inside but thats where it stopped

The bad:
Every other chipotle i have been to has both given me a free cup for water as well as an extra salsa on the side when I order chips. Here, they charged me, the cup was $3.68 for a fountain cup because supposedly they didn’t have cups for tap water. And as well when I asked for an extra medium salsa they only gave me one medium salsa with no explanation. I am unsure if I will return but this visit seemed like a ripoff of my money

This used to be one of the good Chipotle in area. Just ordered a chicken bowl with double chicken double beans . Came home to find forget double they didn't even give me half the portion. No wonder Chipotle is loosing customers

What happened to Chipotle? It's not just the price increases, but honestly it's degraded in every single way possible.
Have been eating at Chipotle for 20 years, but pace slowed down considerably past few years. From full high quality bowls to $15 disgusting food, everything has changed.
The people, the price, the food.. All get zero stars.

I would give this location 0 stars if I could. Dilennia was our server and the service was absolutely disgusting. She was not welcoming at all and seemed like she’s forced to work. Treat your customers with a little more respect, it’s the least you can do. Will never be back to this location.

I’ve been chipotle customer for the past 7 years and Shrusberry location NEVER let us down. This is THE BEST location EVER!! If you want a real good chipotle food just please go to this location.

Grabbed dinner around 6:30pm on Sunday evening. The employees on staff were friendly and efficient. I ordered Barbacoa tacos and my husband got a steak bowl. The food at Chipotle is always amazing, just as it was for this meal! The restaurant itself was very clean - every table top not in use was clean :)

Food ok, But portions to Go, So Dissapointed ... Is a Still of Your money, you paid the same in the line, but for to go they give to you the half of it... So many time i give the chance, I saw by my self. So many times So SO DISSAPOINTED.

Not a review of the place. But today I paid for the food of a young lady. It was sometime this afternoon. All I know is she was wearing a striped shirt and she had brown hair I believe. I was wearing a green shirt a ball cap and light Beige pants. I didn't think anything of it at first. But right now I'm thinking. Wow! She was really beautiful. If she sees this. And she noticed any other feature on me that might stand out. What was it? And if she's interested. Let me know through a review. I'll figure out how to contact. I'm genuinely and truly interested.
