Outstanding team here. We’ve all been to so many Chipotle’s that they are so consistent and so above and beyond any fast casual chain in America. These guys are amazing. Michelle and the rest of the team here in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts cranks out a whole bunch of fantastic food every night.

I’m a big fan of Chipotle and usually have great experiences, but this visit fell short. I ordered a burrito with a double wrap, but the tortillas were undercooked and doughy, which made it hard to enjoy. The brown rice and chicken also didn’t seem as fresh as usual—lacking the flavor and texture I’ve come to expect.
