Right from the start, the hostess seemed very flustered and confused. It was like she was lost. After a couple minutes we were seated and the waitress asked for our drink order. The place was very loud with some out of control children screaming. We placed our order and were waiting for it. The people at the table next to us had finished and left. The hostess cleared the table of the dishes but didn’t use anything to clean the table surface. She immediately seated new guests! Our food came which was pretty good. However, our waitress never came back to check on us even though she walked by many times. It wasn’t until we were done eating when she came to clear our plates and ask if we wanted anything else. She brought the bill and there was a charge on it for two sodas. The problem is we had one soda and one water. For these reasons I didn’t think the waitress deserved a tip. The two highlights of the experience were the food and the manager who was very apologetic about the mixup with the bill. She seemed genuinely embarrassed about this. Overall if I were ever to go there again it would be for takeout.

Family owned restaurants rarely disappoint. When it comes to Dean Park Pizza, I can see why they are crowded. The pizzas are loaded with toppings. I definitely recommend them!

We get to go from this place about 3-4 times a month and always place the order online. For some reason there was an error and a shrimp Alfredo pasta was ordered and not chicken Alfredo. When they read the order to me as a confirmation before passing the food over. When I told the crew that it should be 2 chicken broccoli Alfredo and no shrimp they all stood there and basically told me too bad. I ordered it and they were not going to do anything about it. I ended up having to order another chicken broccoli Alfredo and paying an additional $16.00 and waiting 15 minutes for them to make it. At the end of the day mistakes are made and I get it. My issue is the fact they were not even interested in trying to help solve the issue. It was a simple you made a mistake now live with it. I won't be back.....

We've been going to Dean Park Pizza since I was a child in the 90s and it's always been a wonderful experience. The pizza is some of the best pizza in Massachusetts and it'll always leave you coming back for more.

really disappointed. i ordered a steak and cheese sub and i picked up for takeout right when it was ready. when i got home and opened the sub the roll was super soggy and gross.
