Took 1 hour to receive food after it was in quality check. Received it cold. They refused to bring new order, and stated if did would be 90 mins and couldn't guarantee hot either. This was a 5 min delivery distance. Employees need lesson in customer service, and training on Domino's policies of customer satisfaction.

I order for delivery after 40 min the tracker says that is delivered and I wait for 1 hour and try to call never answer, I have to drive down to the store , to get my money back and I have hard time getting a refund , feel like the assistant manager didn't want to give me my money and try to give me a free pizza ? I waste my time bad service this happen on 04/30/2024 , (never tip on debit card on this store because delivery is going to suck ) probably just drop your pizza in any door ...

Driver did not have company logo on car when dropping it off and stated this location dose not have to obey by corporate rules and is very rude then even did. It get my order correct and when I call about it they hung up and then refuse to answer the phone this is how the treat employees from different stores on days off that’s not right

I want to give a shout out to my delivery driver Devin. He was so quick and friendly! Walked up to me with a smile. My order took less then an hour. My food was hot and fresh! I hope to get Devin as my driver again!
Was charged for an order that the store refused to make because of a back end computer glitch with the website. There was some brief attempt at customer service seeing that I am a long time customer, however an extremely unhelpful manager refused to rectify the issue. Will not be buying from this location again, do not expect staff to be helpful.

Food arrived before estimated delivery time; hot and fresh!! Donald was our delivery driver and he was very polite, happy, friendly and even chatted a quick hello with the our kiddo! Parmesan twists were gone within a flash from the kid eating them. I swear he didnt taste it!!
