Dunkin'

I was a regular customer at this DD and now will not be returning.
I have the DD mobile app and wanted to use my reward for free coffee today as it was going to expire today
The scan would not go through and so I asked for a free coffee. The employees refused and said not their fault that scan would not go through. I paid for my coffee and told them I would not be returning.
Very dissatisfied and poor customer service.

Went to order a drink they usually do everywhere else and they said they “dont do those type of drinks” and proceeded to not even try to remotely help in any way. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Went here on 10-16-24 to purchase 2 DD Halloween buckets. There was $2.14 there, so cute. The staff was very friendly. I'm so glad that I got my bucket. They are heavyweight !

Totally ignored making my coffee.. coffee was just sitting there growing mold and the coworkers just standing there talking shit being raggedy… just make my coffee…… made me late half hour to work, horrible, but then again Worcester right??😒

Place is so clean and I can see employees brooming and swiping like every 30 minutes. Food and beverages are quickly served and hot, fresh and so yummy. I felt home.

Forgets my cold foam EVERY single time ?

I usually frequent this location when on site for work but no longer... this place has absolutely 0 customer service and does not honor the dunkin refill cup that is advertised by corporate. I asked about having g a blueberry doughnut coffee with a sausage egg and cheese on English with butter to make the bread more moist because usually it's toasted too dry. The clerk I encounter was a very rude mixed individual who puts the LGBTQA+ community to shame with their behavior. He has black hair and brown eyes and looks to be around 23 or so... this individual should NOT be working with the public as he does not care about dietary needs or that his customers are used to better service other locations... franchise or not this is unacceptable

My mother and I had place a mobile order. We walked in and the place was a mess. People standing and waiting. One of the coffees we had ordered were ready so we were waiting for another. They had coffees lined up and not finishing them. Someone was taking orders and not finishing the coffees that were laid out. A gentleman came and gave someone a frozen drink. I kindly told him that my coffee had been sitting there. He told me that it was going to keep waiting. My mother said it wasn’t necessary for the attitude and she didn’t know what was wrong with them. Then the woman who was making food turned around and started screaming at us about how we didn’t like the service to call corporate or apply for a job. The gentlemen then told us we clearly didn’t know how to make food or coffee and that’s why we were here. I had never experienced such rude people in my life. So me and some family members called corporate to complain but I highly doubt anything will get done. 2 females and 1 male were working at the time this incident occurred at 11AM on June 16th 2024. They clearly do not like their job so they should consider making a career change. Rude people working there is bad for Dunkin’s image. Horrible people horrible service. Do not go here and I hope they receive disciplinary action

Posting for my mother, who received horribly rude service after ordering decaf and refusing the employee's multiple attempts to give her caffeinated coffee (as she has a medical condition). The manager/supervisor told her not to come back if she doesn't like the service. She won't.

Very rude i wanted to order food before that wanted to use washroom door was locked i thought nowadays some fast food places lock the bathroom doors. So the lady started yelling making scenes telling everyone I think the manager of the store. She politely say may be someone inside knock the door. It was so embarrassing. We give so much business to the business owners but if someone wants to go use bathroom especially elderly person is it a crime? If owner of the store checks the camera if they have one they will get the answer. Will never go there again. My family freind s go there who lives near by they also told me the same thing.
