This Dunkin doesn’t have gift cards!!!! Who doesn’t stock enough gift cards 2 days before christmas??? Can you believe it.

The food I ordered seemed fine but cashier seemed to get angry when multiple customers were checking the labels to make sure we got the correct food. Our own food I mean. Cashier didn't state order number at ringout and I for one couldn't hear the person putting the orders out for pickup easily either. Employees appeared to speak multiple languages.

Amazing to see another Dunkin fail so miserably. I remember when Maria was running the show everything was fantastic. New management must not care at all. Made eye contact with the server as he messed up my order and ended up serving me a half-nitro half cold brew, threw it on the counter and left without a word. Not even half full.

the break fast is good but it takes forever if you order more than 3 things
i wait around 25 min

for 12 donuts 1 box of joe coffe , 1 bacon egg cheese and 1 small hot chocolate

HORRIBLE customer service, the lady with red and black hair is so rude EVERYTIME, And she runs to cashier bc she is too lazy to do orders but still hatesss customer service they gave me normal milk on a drink where I specified I cant have REGULAR MILK due to allergies, and she yelled in my face saying she couldn’t do anything about it, I neverrrrr leave reviews but everyone in this dunkin has horrible ethics.

Not friendly, iced coffee came out looking like iced tea (gross) . Staff isnt friendly just stare at you when you walk up. Elderly man walking up next to me had a problem with his coffee and they didnt even say anything to him just have him a dirty look

Order before left home so don’t have to wait at dunkin. Still have to wait 10 min. And after you left still your coffee is wrongly made.

Terrible customer service the lady with red and black hair, rude to people, you can see on her face that she’s hates working there and always doesn’t have a happy face near customers. Don’t recommend going there they have no respect near the customer. Never going back again only if I need to. Starbucks is wayyyy better. Don’t go to this place!!!!!

I was a regular customer at this DD and now will not be returning.
I have the DD mobile app and wanted to use my reward for free coffee today as it was going to expire today
The scan would not go through and so I asked for a free coffee. The employees refused and said not their fault that scan would not go through. I paid for my coffee and told them I would not be returning.
Very dissatisfied and poor customer service.

Good donuts and nice and hot chicken wrap

Went to order a drink they usually do everywhere else and they said they “dont do those type of drinks” and proceeded to not even try to remotely help in any way. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

Went here on 10-16-24 to purchase 2 DD Halloween buckets. There was $2.14 there, so cute. The staff was very friendly. I'm so glad that I got my bucket. They are heavyweight !
