I recently moved away from this area, but this was the Dunkin’s that got my order right far more than any other in the area. The staff is friendly, helpful, and they make the items correctly which cannot be said about a lot of the other Dunkin’s in the area. I definitely recommend this location, especially for the lattes/coffee as it’s better quality than a lot of dunks I’ve been to!

Employees were unbelievably rude. Was told at 6:30 they didn’t have hot coffee and wouldn’t brew any since they were closing (at 7). I mean come on - coffee is a staple item here! Then woman at register had an attitude even when I ordered an ice coffee instead. The owner needs to address these terrible employees they have working here

What happened to this location? The bagels used to be great, now for the past few weeks they're consistently stale. So bad they're nearly inedible. I was hoping it was just a fluke but it seems to be the new norm here.

Horrible service! Waited at the drive thru for someone to take my order. Didn’t happen. Mind you they were open. It’s 4 30 in the afternoon and it’s pouring rain outside. I’m in a foot cast that I need to avoid getting wet at all cost ( other than that I would’ve went inside to place my order). None the less, I pull up to the window to see staff talking, laughing and mopping the floor. The staff saw me and still did not respond. I knocked on the window and after another minute of waiting a staff member walked up to the window and asked how can I help you? I was shocked. No excuse or explanation for the lack of service just rude. The quality of customer service here is poorly managed.

Never again. The absolute worst.
Not once but TWICE employees were screaming, yelling and using profanity at one another. There is clearly an issue at this location. If you feel so comfortable doing that in public my trust of that food handling goes down to zero I can only imagine what would go on if no one was looking.

They always close it 15 min before the end and you can take nothing even if you are here 15 min before the closing time

Unfortunately, the smell of food is strong and you cannot contain the strength of the smell of the cooking.
Parking: There was a decently sized car park surrounding the Dunkin which provides enough car parking for everyone.

I come here at least six days out of the week and honestly, they do a great job with the coffee. I’ve gone to other Dunkin’s in Worcester and had to throw the coffee out and come to the Maple Avenue Dunkin’ Donuts to get my coffee. There is a few different people there that always remember my coffee and bagel order. Everybody there is always very friendly. They have gone out of their way many times for me and I appreciate them all.XLhot+2 stevia?
