It's a good thing you took the donuts out of the name, your quality of donuts has gone way down. Coffee is just ok. I'm convinced you have become the dollar general of coffee shops. Perhaps that's your goal. Convenience is the only reason anyone should stop here.

horrible customer service. The black heavy set lady made me pay for something they didn’t have so I told them I would like a refund and the tall Spanish looking lady was commenting saying that it’s just a dollar and that I shouldn’t need my money back. Saying that I’m cheap.
