I had an awful experience at this Dunkin Donuts location because of one of the employees, Alma. From the second I walked in, she was rude and clearly had an attitude. I politely asked a question about my order, and she immediately rolled her eyes and snapped at me like I was bothering her. When I tried to explain to her my order and what I wanted she’s just rolled her eyes and started saying my total when I was completely not done with my order. Also instead of her getting my order done, she was talking to the customers she knew and she was completely distracted.
Then, when I asked if my drink was made correctly because it didn’t look right, she stares at me and said, “That’s what you ordered,” in a nasty tone. It was honestly embarrassing and upsetting to be treated that way for no reason at all. I’ve never had an issue with any other Dunkin location, but this one completely ruined my morning.
If this is how customers are treated here, I won’t be coming back. Dunkin needs to seriously address how Alma treats people no one deserves to be spoken to or dismissed like that.

It's my favorite Dunks in the morning. Amazing and kind staff. 2 ladies are the kindest sweetest employees I have ever met at a Dunks. Please visit, these two ladies will make your morning start off in the right direction.

Had an amazing experience with employee Alma. She went above and beyond expectations. While having a great conversation with her, she was still working hard and never missed a beat. This employee either deserves a raise or to be a manager. She is definitely qualified for the position.
They are very cheap on cream cheese for the Everything bagel, and over loaded on an English muffin with way too much!

It's a good thing you took the donuts out of the name, your quality of donuts has gone way down. Coffee is just ok. I'm convinced you have become the dollar general of coffee shops. Perhaps that's your goal. Convenience is the only reason anyone should stop here.
