I was there today and waited almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order. Which was one hot latte . I also asked to order 2-$5 gift cards. Which they said the don't sell.
When I got to the window I waited another 4 minutes. The gentleman opened the drive thru window and said can I help you with something. I told him I ordered already and he seemed like he had no idea what o was talking about. He closed the window and they found my order ... one latte. Then started to make it taking another 4 minutes . So 20 minutes later no gift cards and a semi hot coffee

10/25/25 4pm, mobile ordered and picked via walk in. Ordered just a breakfast sandwich sandwich with extra and Chipotle aoli. It was empty inside as well as drive thru. Waited inside 10 mins. People came in after me, ordered and left before i got my items as well as drive thru orders. They got my order wrong, left out the egg, i checked my sandwich again after because i did not see any Chipotle sauce at all. They said it was above the cheese. I still didnt see it and would have appreciated them putting some on. They didnt pay attention to my order when it was very slow when i entered. Annoying. Picture of the sandwich shows just cheese

The older woman taking orders should try turning OFF the intercom to the drive thru before calling people idiots in Spanish. And if she didn’t spend all her time talking over people she could actually understand their orders.

I ordered a coffee and hash browns. My hash browns where burnt, mostly black. My coffee was kinda warm. There was hardly any ice and all I could taste was cream. I had to add ice to my coffee. Also my coffee taste like more cream then actual coffee..

So this is what happens when we get Americans working there that no, what they are doing. And you don't have to repeat the order 4 or 5 times and get treated. Like an American. Let's face it All these foreign people don't know how to make coffee. Dunkin' Donuts has a bad reputation for its watered down coffee. It's almost as if they're upset because they have to work there. Sick and tired of it. So this place last time I was there finally Somebody that spoke good english, I knew what they were doing

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in town. They employees are rude and constantly get your order incorrect then they are mad at you when you ask them to correct it. The night crew won’t answer the drive thru and locks the doors an hour before they actually close.

They sold me a bagel as hard as a rock. I know it's just a coffee job and low stakes and people don't really care, but how much apathy must you have to hand me a bagel as hard as a rock? You wouldn't even hand your dog something so inedible. People REALLY don't give a **** about anything anymore.
