Recently became very disappointed. After a long time of being reliable when other planes weren't, standards have gone downhill. Last time, they were busy so they shut down online ordering, and even refused to take in person orders. Update 2025: after waiting for a very long time, or order was still missing food.

Absolutely terrible gross place to eat at quit and found better employment at Amazon ....RUN FOR YOUR LIFE I'll never return go to the Worcester location burgers raw 99.9% the time people sweat dripping on your food over the grill 😋😋 RUNNNNN AWAY they don't clean NOTHING half ass the whole way

The place was filthy…all trash cans overflowing. Every table was dirty. The service was rude and food was terrible. 10 dollars for an overcooked, crunchy burger. One employee calling out the orders had their pants down to their knees. I used to love this place and my disappointment was immeasurable and my meal was ruined. This is poorly managed should be inspected by the board of health

This is a hit or miss spot. If you order takeout, 9/10 times it'll be wrong. When you order on person to-go, you usually receive much better service. However, you need to know where you are. The oldest crew member or cook may be in their late teens to early 20's and the majority could care less about their $15-$16 hourly wage and it shows in the way they speak and yell at one another. This is a notch above McDonald's as the food is significantly better tasting, and the shakes are awesome, but it takes a while for orders to be processed timely.

Very rude staff indifferent to people waiting for online orders. Waited for 30 mins over on my occasions waiting for pickup / online orders. I could have waited an hour and no one would have bothered to ask!
