My husband just picked up a cake for my daughter's birthday. The ugliest looking cake ever! It looks like we bought it from Walmart for $10. I don't know who made this but really looks horrible. Cake is ugly brown colored, wrote happy birthday in red. They put whole strawberries on it looking so weird. Some icing totally does not match with any color. We'll try to change strawberries before party, hope we don't ruin it. If I picked it up, probably I would not buy it.
Edit: The color of cake ruined everything as it does not match the concept. We'll buy a new cake from somewhere and will eat cake after the party. Thanks for ruining our day! But it's my fault choosing them! I just read the reviews, appearently we're not the only one that has been ruined special day. Horrible!

We got 2 cupcakes of different flavors. They were stale, and the frosting had the texture of stale marshmallows. Would not return.

Horrible and careless. They put the wrong date on our cake and ruined the big day for us. Not enough time to get new cake. We ended up not having one. Did very little to rectify the situation and offered a coupon towards “next purchase”?? No thanks. Cared more about making the money than making the customer experience. Triple check your order because they don’t care enough to.

Went there today got 2 pieces of cake, 2 cannolis, and a cupcake. Both of the cakes were super dry as well as the cupcake, and the cannolis were both soggy and stale. Everything must be premade in kept in a big fridge for days on end. Definitely avoid this place, nothing like any Italian bakery I grew up eating at.
I have been visiting this location since they opened it in Shrewsbury, probably 5-6 years! Great sweets! I have tried everything there! I have bought a lot of treats for family and friends! They have also done the same! The prices are great and the sweets are always delicious and fresh!

Jessica from Gerardo's Bakery was absolutely amazing and we would recommend her to anyone getting married! She made the most beautiful, delicious wedding cake. Our guests could not stop complimenting how light the cake was and how tasty the buttercream frosting was. She helped make our special day taste extra sweet. 10/10 recommend!
I moved here from NY over a decade ago, and I have gotten some cannoli, cakes and general pastries from this place about 5 times during my time up here, and I have consistently been disappointed. There is some awful toothpaste flavor to their vanilla frosting and the cakes just don't taste right. I am pretty sure they make things ahead of time and use some sort of chemicals to keep them from spoiling for months on end. The only place in Worcester to get good, fresh pastries is Giovanni's on Hope Ave. Save your money, skip this place and drive a little further to get something good.

Stopped in after having dinner with some family in Worcester. We came a little close to closing (approx 8:30) but I wanted to try their coffee so I asked if the espresso machine was closed down. The staff member working said it didn't have to be and happily made a delicious drink. Really friendly people, cute store, and a beautiful array of desserts!!

I spent $32 at this Bakery and I got a whole bunch of different things including cheesecake caramel apples cake a small raspberry filled cake two pieces of cannoli and a brownie and everything was disgusting the brownie was way too chocolatey and tasted like all topping all cream it didn't even taste like a brownie the caramel apple was mushy and it didn't have hardly any taste to it at all it tasted like water mush the cannolis were stale and the cream filled chocolate cake was dry and only had a tiny tiny bit of raspberry filling the only thing that I tolerated was the turtle cheesecake

I ordered a cake for my gender reveal party and was excited to take pictures and post my pregnancy announcement… until I realized the cake said “Coming January 2024” and NOT “2025.” They offered to change it if we brought it back to them but by then our party had already started and it would’ve been a waste of time. The cake itself tasted fine. My boyfriend and I didn’t notice the mistake at first because we were crazy busy and in a rush trying to prepare for our party so we didn’t think to double check the cake but I feel like someone in the store or whoever packed it or whatever should’ve double checked as well. Upset that I didn’t get the pictures I wanted for my pregnancy announcement but it’s fine, I just won’t order from here again.

Very bad service. Ladies behind counter are very impatient and literally don’t listen and follow people’s order. The pastries are now fresh at all.

This is legitimately some of the best desserts I've had in my life. Most things are reasonably priced - we got 6 large dessert items for only $21 after tax! I can't say one thing over another that I highly recommend because everything is delicious. Will be back!
