Wow, what an amazing bakery! Ive never seen so many baked goods in one place. ALSO... they have bakery pizza! Next time you are in the area you must stop over and try them out. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

Fantastic cakes and a lot of variety. Highly recommend their cupcakes and cannolis, but you can skip their anise cookies.

So I know Gerardo personally when he's only bakery was in west Boylston n he did my wedding cake n my children's bday cakes through the years so this year my grandaugther turns a year old on the 28th of Oct so I wanted cake pops and a smash cake, first of they couldn't make me the smash cake so I order the cake pops n when I got them they looked horrible I specifically asked for Halloween them n they did horrible cake pops they looked sad nothing like what gerardos used to be.

I appreciate the many gluten free options but unfortunately both times I bought things here they were not fresh. The gluten free vanilla roll was inedible. I think they made large batches and don't sell them fast enough. The red artifical stuff in the vanilla GF roll was gross. GF cupcake dry and frosting like whipped palm oil.

Went in today got a few cookies and a couple lobster tails….was super excited until tasting them. The lobster tail wasn’t even filled with real cream filling. Tasted like on top cream that you get from Sysco….had one bite of it. The cookies had no flavor other than sweet. Ugh so disappointed…

I love that this Bakery is open until 8:00 p.m. most nights! Other bakeries in the area close around 2:00 p.m. The latest. I order cakes from here frequently and they are so delicious! Prices are decent and they have a huge array of desserts and a case when you go inside. If you pay with a debit card or cash, you save a 3% discount off your order, so that's something to keep in mind.. absolutely love creme brulee and so I got a couple there, a few separate times, but they are awful, like the worst creme brulee I've ever had and it's so sad! Everything else they have there has been good though!

While I generally have a positive experience at Gerardo's, I recently acquired several items from the Shrewsbury Street location, and I observed that some of the products appeared to be past their prime. Specifically, the lemon petite seemed to have a dry, hardened bottom layer. I had brought this box with me to a gathering following a funeral. I must admit, I was a bit let down.

My husband just picked up a cake for my daughter's birthday. The ugliest looking cake ever! It looks like we bought it from Walmart for $10. I don't know who made this but really looks horrible. Cake is ugly brown colored, wrote happy birthday in red. They put whole strawberries on it looking so weird. Some icing totally does not match with any color. We'll try to change strawberries before party, hope we don't ruin it. If I picked it up, probably I would not buy it.

Edit: The color of cake ruined everything as it does not match the concept. We'll buy a new cake from somewhere and will eat cake after the party. Thanks for ruining our day! But it's my fault choosing them! I just read the reviews, appearently we're not the only one that has been ruined special day. Horrible!
