We went here on the last day on March -29-24 with my family to see the Easter bunny ? was there. The prices were really high . Somewhat nostalgia, I guess, but not really in a sense . The look of Herbert Candy Mansion looks too modern. The prices were just (WOW)! Something to do with the family! It was some place I went as a kid, but different changed. The last time I went like 15 years ago .

Such a disappointment!!! No longer the place it once was. Chocolate is mediocre at best. What once was a fun destination is now off my list. Two days before Easter and the place almost looks abandoned….no effort or thought put into presentation or design… just blah. And now the chocolate taste like Hershey!Really sorry to see this place go downhill

The almond chocolate left a chalky taste in my mouth To the point where I could not even eat them. I have no idea how this place has gone so far downhill. The other chocolates are just meh. Strongly recommend you don't buy any candy here. I was ignored when I was shopping, even though I was looking at the bark, which was in a case. I should've taken it as a sign to leave without buying a thing. A lot of the candy in the purchase by the piece area was almost gone and had not been refilled. I could not be more disappointed. ☹️

I ordered from here for a family function. I was going to place a larger corporate order but decided not to after I dealt with this company and their lack of professionalism.I placed an order for 3 boxes. Two were delivered and one was never received, even after 7 days. I contacted the company; they were very unprofessional. They responded to each of my inquiries by stating my package was already shipped out. I have reached out to UPS and USPS and filed complaints with both companies regarding my package, which they claim was never received.I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from here.

I was the only customer in the store other than two women in another room getting ice cream. I chose some items to purchase for a gift. I put them back as the only person at the register was a man coughing and blowing his nose into a paper towel. (He did this a few times while I was there. Not once did he leave to wash his hands and he was not wearing a mask. He should not be near food products. If this is how they behave in public, I can't imagine what they are like behind the scenes. Of course I put the candy back and left. Never to return!!
