This place has been here as long as I can remember and hasn't seen any major updates... That's neither good nor bad for IHOP. The space feels crowded even when it's not busy but I couldn't picture how to improve the layout with the space available. Food is always the same. It's IHOP. Most of the time service is good. Sometimes they get rattled when it's slammed with a wait but there's only so much the staff can do with the space given. I wouldn't hesitate to come here again. For IHOP.

Very racist . I’m Asian went into pickup and order and they told me it never came in or it wasn’t confirmed. I had the recipes bank statement and everything . This is Christmas morning. Stayed there for 20 min got no result . Wife went it came out with an order in 5 min .

I visit the IHOP of Shrewsbury, the white city commercial, I recommend the spicy burrito, or spicy omelet, and thanks you to Livia she is a very kindness, and smile people, she is the best worker of IHOP.

Basically IHOP is a dinner so we don't expect much atmosphere, just good food and service at reasonable prices. This IHOP did good on everything EXCEPT their soft drinks, they cost almost $4!! Won't be going back and don't recommend this restaurant!!

Today we had an excellent experience here at IHOP in Shrewsbury, MA. We already liked it a lot, but we felt a difference in the quality of the food and the preparation of the dishes, the care in every detail. And with Nick's super friendly, attentive and efficient service. Excellent! Super! 😉

charged 1.50 for a very small amount of raw onions that i wanted added to my hashbrowns that wrere undercooked to begin with. and the smalleat amount of lukewarm gravy on my cou try fried steak. I'll just go to local spots like 185 bistro. much better for and service.

SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE! just to let everyone know there is this one waitress. tall skinny white older female. my daughter 4yo who’s autistic and she was angry at my daughter just because she had an outburst as usual autistic kids do. she broke my glass cup and the lady was very rude. i told her my daughter was autistic she didn’t say anything to me and just rolled her eyes. i had other customers come in and helped with no issues as they understood. she told one of the other customers that was helping me it’s always the kids never the adults She proceeded to complain about my daughter and the mess that she made, even though she wasn’t even the one cleaning it up I was cleaning it up and other customers. so if you have an autistic child, make sure she is not the one serving you this is ridiculous, and I will get to the bottom of this I will contact corporate and everything I’m not playing. I do not play when it comes to my kids.

I lost my first tooth in this specific IHOP. Years later I returned after taking 4 Benadryl's and drank 2 pots of coffee to fight off the sleep, only to be tucked in by the Hatman.
