My family and I used to visit this restaurant every Sunday, it was always a pleasant experience. However, today, Sunday, September 7, 2025, after two years without coming, unfortunately we had a bad experience with a waitress named Haily.
At first, everything went normally: she took our order of drinks and everything seemed to be going well. However, on several occasions she approached our table without saying a word, without asking if we wanted more drinks or if we needed something, even knowing that, being a buffet, we served ourselves.
The most uncomfortable thing happened when my family and I were enjoying dessert. The waitress brought us the bill without us asking for it and then stood next to our table, watching us for several minutes. This made us feel pressured and out of place.
Finally, at the time of paying, after I already signed the receipt, the waitress told us that “we had to tip because they do not have a fixed salary and that we had to show respect for those who prepare the food.” We consider that comment very inappropriate. We have no problem tipping when we receive good service, but the attitude of the waitress and her words were disrespectful and left a very bad impression on us.
We gave a tip but not what she was asking.

I was served by a very inconvenient waitress who hadn't finished eating, my three children hadn't even tried dessert and she came with the bill and insisted that I quickly sign the bill and pointed to the tip. I won't eat there and I'll never go back to this restaurant. Terrible service and the floor is very dirty and slippery.

This is a pretty fantastic buffet, sushi made to order, a wide selection of seafood, and if thats not for you there is many non fish options as well.

Decent buffet . The food could’ve been better. There always looking at you rushing you. And to top it off they BEG FOR TIPS. isn’t tips based on service? Let’s face it what are they doing? Grabbing plates and that consider to mandate tips? NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN . Not a GOOD EXPERIENCE

The food is great. My problem here is the staff. I decided to take my dad for lunch here today, I lost my friend in a car accident yesterday and thought it would be a good distraction to eat here and spend some time with him. I had only brought $55, as i’m a college student and don’t have a lot of money to be spending, but i wanted to take my father out, so i brought the amount i could. Let’s just say the staff wasn’t happy. The bill ended up being around $53 and i gave her the $55 i had with me. understandably not a big tip and i did feel bad but it’s all i had with me. One of the staff approached me asking if the female staff had done a good job (which confused me because the staff that was helping us was a male staff, the only female staff that interacted with us was the one who dropped the check off) but me being polite of course said she did a good job. Then i was being questioned on why the tip i gave was so low because according to them “if they do a good job you’re supposed to give them more money”. Like i understand why she was upset with the tip but you never know what anyone in this world is going through. the fact i was already upset because of what happened the day before, and now im being interrogated and asked why i didn’t give someone more money? that’s disgusting. not to be that person but tipping is optional, i could’ve just kept change of my bill and given her nothing but i gave her all i had on me. I’m honestly never coming back here again. remember guys, you never know anyone’s situation, you don’t know what anyone is going through. don’t be like the staff here demanding more money.

Most of the food that we tried was pretty good. But the staff is extremely comfortable sharing their racist comments with customers. It made me and my best friend so uncomfortable. We just came to eat.. and when we were done, the waitress started telling us how she hates that (race specific) people don’t tip. She started cussing about it, calling people all kinds of names and kept putting her arm around my friend saying “you know what I mean, my sister?!” ..No. 👎🏼

Umm, been here before and wasn't bad, this time... ehh. The problem is, when you walk in there's a koi pond in the lobby, a nice idea but it stinks, there's a thick smell of what I can only describe as wet dog, not very appetizing. Then you go in to the dining room and its OK, the rugs however haven't been cleaned, well, since they were installed, yuk. The food isnt terrible, if youre selective, some items looked petrified, others seem fresh. Anyway, this was our last visit.

very cute buffet! stopped in on the way home from a road trip and was met with an adorable koi fish pond. decent food selection with a sushi bar (my personal favorite was the sushi). was not too impressed with the dessert bar. staff was decent, overall a nice family atmosphere.
