If I could give zero stars, I would. Jersey Mike’s really outdid themselves — I ordered a steak and cheese sub and what I received was just… steak. No cheese. No mayo. Just sadness on bread.

You’re called Jersey Mike’s, not Dry Meat Depot. How do you forget the cheese on a steak and cheese? That’s not an oversight — that’s a cry for help. At this point, I’m convinced someone back there is doing performance art.

I wanted lunch. What I got was a trust issue.

Do better.

At first, I wasn’t buying it. Jersey Mike’s absolutely has the best subs if you need a sub and your time for it these guys are the place to go that other place isn’t so good..

The team here headed up by Roger Daughtry and Nick are amazing. They truly care as if they Jersey Mike himself!

Piss poor management leads to piss poor experience. Went to jersey mikes for lunch at their opening time today 3/15/25 to be told they didn’t receive the proper shipment of food for the day because the manager didn’t order the required items for the day, they had no rosemary parm bread and no tomatoes and only a handful of chip varieties… and mind you this is when they first opened. Whoever is in charge of ordering for this store needs to be fired or demoted. For starters how can you call yourself a sub shop with no damn tomatoes? You are not give the employees the opportunity to have a great working experience and bond with their customers. This was truly not the jersey mikes experience that the franchise owner wants and absolutely not the experience the CEO would want.

This has to be the worst Jersey Mike’s location around. The place is disgusting inside and they are lucky to get the order correct 1 out of 5 times. I’ve had better gas station sandwiches. Never again…

We enjoy Jersey Mike’s. The fresh bread and freshly sliced meats are definitely way better than our local subway. I was sad that there was no teriyaki sauce as I was going there. Looking forward to a teriyaki chicken and cheese.

Sadly the worst Jersey Mikes I've been to. Staff is too busy fooling around, sitting with friends in the dining area or cracking jokes to eachother to provide a timely service.

Excellent food, friendly service and clean establishment. Really a quick, convenient lunch. Steak and cheese is not greasy or gristly. Bread is fresh. :)

I could go anywhere for lunch in the area but I end up here 2-3 days a week because the food is good, the place is clean, and most importantly to me the people here are top notch. It’s rare to find people who work in service of any kind nowadays that are truly customer focused, friendly, excited to do what they’re doing and project that to every customer that comes in. I’m living for the suggestions too…it is end up eating the same thing all the time! They’re truly great here. Go visit!
