Sadly the worst Jersey Mikes I've been to. Staff is too busy fooling around, sitting with friends in the dining area or cracking jokes to eachother to provide a timely service.

Excellent food, friendly service and clean establishment. Really a quick, convenient lunch. Steak and cheese is not greasy or gristly. Bread is fresh. :)

I could go anywhere for lunch in the area but I end up here 2-3 days a week because the food is good, the place is clean, and most importantly to me the people here are top notch. It’s rare to find people who work in service of any kind nowadays that are truly customer focused, friendly, excited to do what they’re doing and project that to every customer that comes in. I’m living for the suggestions too…it is end up eating the same thing all the time! They’re truly great here. Go visit!

This place consistently gets our order wrong. We always order a regular Italian, but today was particularly frustrating. We arrived around 3 PM, and there were about six staff a members just standing around and chatting. Two of them were talking over the food while preparing it, which was quite unappetizing. They also didn't clean up after making a sandwich and placed our sandwich on top of crumbs. One staff member was clueless and gave us the wrong sandwich. The only employee who seemed to be doing her job properly was the woman with braids. This place is always chaotic and needs to train its employees better on hygiene practices and proper food handling. We spent 40$ for what?!!

I see we're going to start acting like every other chain that's out here. Minimizing quality quantity and all for the same $21.00. my sandwich should not be getting smaller every time I visit on a regular basis. Starting to think you're no different than any other corporation that starts to not care about its customers.

This place has good sandwiches but today as I was picking up my sandwiches there was a guy in the front where they make sandwiches he takes his gloves off and sticks his finger in his ear to clean it. He did all of this where they make the sandwiches. I found this very gross!

Their food tastes great, they have gluten free for my son and he loves it. The staff are all very kind and the managers are super giving and support our community.

This place is a joke! I gave a 1 star but really they are a ZERO star. 3 employees, 2 talking non-stop right in front of us the whole time! Came in and was asked "ya know what ya want?" NO one there! Should have left as soon as we walked in! I ordered a small BLT...how can you screw that up? I got the half end of a very old, crusty "roll". Handful of shredded, older lettuce, a few (2) very wet tomato slices and a handful of extremely burnt bacon pieces that crumbled upon impact of being placed on the "roll". My husband order another small...the other half of the very old crusty "roll". We added a small bag of chips....total for this $30
UNBELIEVABLE!! FIRST & LAST TIME I WILL VISIT THIS OR ANY OTHER JERSEY MIKE'S. UNEXCEPTABLE!! Even the worst SUBWAY would have been better than this. I know businesses all have a hard time getting and keeping employees. If these employees only knew the first impressions they are creating for their business owners. They can make and break a business. Tonight, they clearly BROKE this business for us. Take some pride in your job! Jersey Mike's there is ALWAYS room to improve, use this room. You are in an area where people have LOTS of better choices to spend our money...If I had a do over, I would not have chosen your establishment!

I am a regular customer at Jersey Mike's in Shrewsbury, MA. The best steak and cheese grinder. The friendly and courteous staff is what keeps me going back every week. They address me by my first name which makes me feel like a valued customer. Dillon always has a friendly demeanor and a great smile!

Being here 4 timesince grand opening very friendly staff. But the gloves they usually they touch Everything then make churches cannot eat here anymore
