I could go anywhere for lunch in the area but I end up here 2-3 days a week because the food is good, the place is clean, and most importantly to me the people here are top notch. It’s rare to find people who work in service of any kind nowadays that are truly customer focused, friendly, excited to do what they’re doing and project that to every customer that comes in. I’m living for the suggestions too…it is end up eating the same thing all the time! They’re truly great...

Their food tastes great, they have gluten free for my son and he loves it. The staff are all very kind and the managers are super giving and support our community.

Dietary restrictions: My son has Celiac disease and loves that they have gluten free subs that actually taste good.

I am a regular customer at Jersey Mike's in Shrewsbury, MA. The best steak and cheese grinder. The friendly and courteous staff is what keeps me going back every week. They address me by my first name which makes me feel like a valued customer. Dillon always has a friendly demeanor and a great smile!
