The rib eye is the best! Best wait staff. Ashley is going to get her PhD. Typical of so many of the servers. Our favorite. Ordered the ribeye. My other favorite: Seafood Savannah Pie. Basically a seafood medley casserole. ?

Parking: In White City, so plenty of parking.

Always stop here when we're in Worcester. We love the menu. Lunch portions are large. The friednzucchini sticks are scrumptious. The beer battered fish and chips, outstanding. The Monte Cristo sandwich, 8 inches of roast beef and cheese with plenty of au jus. The service was a bit slow, but we weren't in a hurry. The atmosphere lends itself to conversation, and no one is hurrying you out the door.

My husband and I ordered take out as our child was in the intensive care unit. We ordered the chicken portabello and we received a plain slab of chicken. My husband was unable to eat his raw burger. They couldn’t even make it right and the manager was rude. So sad. I will never go there again.

Note to management: You had an opportunity to make it right. We called to explain your error. We asked for it to be delivered or to use Uber eats. We were told neither was an option. The manager was rude and hung up on my husband. So much for customer service. Pretty unfortunate.

Service the poorest I have had in I don’t remember when. My daughters food was raw. I ordered a drink from the waitress ( after I had to beg to have her to show up at our table. Drink never arrived. We just wanted to get out of there but again waitress never showed up.
I was shocked at this service. We eat out at least 4 nights a week. Won’t go here again. Think her name Stacey. Blonde with glasses. So sorry but absolute terrible service ever have received.

$25 steak one side, extra 350 for loaded potato, which was not made to order at least mine wasn’t steak was medium as for medium rare when chewing granular whatever that does? My husband had fillet another $25 warm french fries. No salad had to ask for bread $15 for a martini… Looked at dessert menu. Everything was nine dollars. What people thinking this restaurant is not capital Grille and furthermore there is no bang for your buck. I would not suggest it, but I don’t know what people are thinking that they are like flies

Walked out after 10 minutes without service at our table.

Kathy was our waitress and she was absolutely phenomenal! We ordered delicious appetizers and then were presented with our yummy meal. Great food, wonderful service, and the atmosphere was sophisticated and pleasant.
