Similar experience to others. I did an online drive thru pick up order. Very simple one combo order that I placed wayyyy beforehand but the rude lady yelled at me to get out of line and pick it up inside myself (I wish I was kidding). This happened to me before where they parked me and never gave me my order. So this time I said no because I have a baby in the car and its a simple order, I would just wait until its done. Then she cursed at me in Spanish (even tho I'm fluent) and told her coworkers to not give me the food (in spanish). Her coworker then placed my order on the counter but the rude lady refused to give it to me. Then she takes my order, brings it to the back of the kitchen again where I can't see, then returns with a smile and gave it to me. I checked my box and it looks like she literally punch or flattened my food (I am not making this up lol). Trust me in that I am a nice person and rarely complain but I'm not a pushover. This lady really thinks its okay to be that rude. I have worked at McDonalds, Shake Shack, and Canes in the past so I understand the stress with food service but this lady simply has a behavioral/personality issue and her coworker is partially wrong for obeying the rude lady and not handing me my food even though it was done. A very real 1 star experience but a fun story to tell my friends. Be nice to food service workers but also call out wrong behavior when you see it.

I worked at a KFC when I was around 14 back in the days so my expectations were based on the one I worked at in Salem NH it was KFC & A&W the food is mostly ok but the orders are never right sometimes cold sometimes missing something. They will let you order when you get to the window if you don’t check your order they’ve pretty much basically overcharged for white meat that they didn’t have at the time claim they put it. You can ask for crispy they claim they give you crispy unless you check you will be giving original and have overpaid for meat you didn’t receive. Again I guess my expectations were honesty.

Did Drive Thru order. They had me pay & park nearby to wait for my order. There wasn’t a line inside or outside that needed this. The person who came to my car didn’t know what I ordered. I waited for 20 minutes & finally went inside for a refund. Even when I went in for a refund, the person who took my order didn’t know what I ordered. Some fast food places do this when there’s high traffic inside the store or waiting for drive thru, but this wasn’t the case. Don’t do this if y’all don’t have to or know how. I could see them having a good time with each other inside. Y’all wasted so much of my time.

Shoutout to Amanda for not letting her staff walk around in the improper shoe wear, safety is so important. 3 stars on the food because I peeped that a worker was eating out the fryer. But I don’t think he’ll be returning🤷♂️
Beware going through drive thru. They add a tip on for themselves without telling you until after you pull away and check your bank statement. No receipt given either. Horrible.
