Grossest moes!!! Terrible food. Hard rice, food looked unclean… moldy soda machine….food tasted soooo gross

This is THE WORST moes I have ever been to. I travel the country and have been to many moes and this one was the most disgusting one I have been to. The woman who served me had an open wound, with blood in her neck. The rice was hard, the flavor was non existent, I received 3 pickled jalapeños and barely any guac. They also rang me up for something I didn’t order and stared at the tip option and I clicked no tip. These women do not know how to cook Mexican food. Do better. This was so gross and a waste of money. My child didn’t even eat his because he said it was gross and he always devours their burritos. No salt in chips, tasted old. I’m going to report you to food and Health board because there was mold on sofa machine and there are reviews about mice

Last time I went here me AND the other guy I was with both saw mice running across the floor. It was later when they were closing but if you see one that means there’s more than likely TONS. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.

Slow but still great food I haven’t been to this particular location in ages noticed it was pretty empty and a few people eating in the dining room nowadays this location is just for take out orders and two staff operating when I went today they busy but gave me good portion sizes for my burrito queso was better than chipotles ate burrito very good when I used to get it next time I will order ahead so I don’t have to wait . Anyhow nice staff gave me extra nacho chips .

Hindu ppl own it now! Food was disgusting! They don't know how to run a business! Minimal on meat for the tacos I had to ask for more and she said it will be extra! At this point I'd rather get taco bell or drive to northborough and get Moe's! This place is horrible! The spanish guy who works there was always kind and now he doesn't even say welcome to Moe's! These ppl have ruined the food at this location

I've enjoyed the food here for years! Never had any quality issues. The free chips and salsa are great too! (Even if they forget the salsa verde you ask for) I don't know why the dining area always seems closed though

Quick stop for lunch on road trip to Maine. Found a twig in my veggie bowl and several bites burnt hard rice I had to spit out. Worst moes I’ve ever been to.

This used to be a great Moe's but has now become the absolute worst around. A huge disappointment. Was packed for years but it's been this way a long while now and has become their norm. Seems to focus on delivery and could care less for anyone walking in the door most nights. Service is absolutely terrible and food is more blah.Every time we go there is some new issue (try to avoid but kids like that style of food regularly and get caught there too often with another disappointed visit). Whether being dining room closed, not accepting Rewards, out of stock or just bad food or service there is always another reason why the experience turns out bad.Make the extra drive to the Worcester location in Webster Square/Stafford St. They make as amazing an experience as Shrewsbury makes a lousy one. Just crazy how much a difference there can be between two different locations under the same chain and with a standard menu. ?

Got a chicken burrito, it was ok. But had three pieces of chicken in it, when asked for more, he said he put it in there but there was like nothing in it, instead of just giving it to me he hassled me on it so I think that was just plain old rude. I go to Moe’s three times a week, but I won’t be coming back to this one.
