I stopped in for a warm place to wait for my son’s appointment, and what a treat! It’s 715am and snowy, but Panera is open, warm and friendly. I got a small coffee and cherry pastry and a toasty seat by the fire. The whole place was clean and bright, the staff friendly and ready, despite the early hour and the storm. This was so unexpected and so appreciated. Thank you!

I ordered two sandwiches and one barely had any mayo on it and didn’t have red onions that were supposed to be on it. The other one was a hot sandwich that was dripping wet barely wrapped And when my mom tried to take a bite it just about fell apart in her hands. The sandwiches which were also cut in halves weren’t completely cut in half. Only the bread was cut in half while the inside wasn’t

Disappointing service. I ordered soup online, got notification that food would be ready in 15 mins. Went to cafe after 20 mins and waited for another 20 mins, the order was still under prep with no ETA when it will be available. Finally had to ask the manager to cancel the order.

I just went into a Panera in Shrewsbury white City, and nobody asked me what do I want, they just keep talking in Spanish, so as she stops taking in Spanish, her coworker that could had asked me what I wanted while she was speaking to her friends, call her and told her about a cabinet top..... So I just walked..... So long Panera, you might be able to see me in your screen waiting for attention to buy just a loaf of bread...

I always find myself looking for a Panera's when I am on the road, sandwiches, pastry and service are all good, their coffee could use a little work but all in all I'd give it 4 stars.

As far as Panera locations go, most I've been to are better. They occasionally have had problems getting orders correct and completing them on time. They seem to have resolved that, as of 2025, but there's nothing notable about this location.
Took much longer than I have ever waited at any Panera (ordered on app). Once the screen said my order was ready, they did not put it up, had to ask, and then when I got back to work it was missing all cutlery and missing both side baguettes.
Overpriced as well, in my opinion.
Won't be going back.

I waited 45 minutes for a pickup.order one other pickup told me she waited over an hour she went inside she said no one knows what they are doing. I am unable to go inside called after a hour I called three times they never answered fouth time answered was told another 30 minutes. When I received the order items where missing

I did not, in fact, eat here. I just used the bathroom. I often use the bathrooms at panera because they're clean & typically smell of a delightful fruit or herb. I occasionally buy an asiago bagel or coffee as thanks for having stellar facilities. The asiago bagels are awesome and you should eat some. But they usually sell out early, by lunch, so that's a bummer.

Many thanks to Gio, who saved the day! I was about to give 2 stars bc when I ordered, I asked the young man at the register what vegan breakfast they had, and he said they didn't have any. So I got a spinach and bacon for my uncle and settled for just a hot tea. Then I went online and saw that the avocado toast was vegan (NOT the Green Goddess that has feta). A wonderful man named Gio, who replaced the young man at the register, went above and beyond to prepare one for me so that I didn't have to skip breakfast today. Thanks again, Gio. You'll see us again soon! 🙏❤️
