As far as Panera locations go, most I've been to are better. They occasionally have had problems getting orders correct and completing them on time. They seem to have resolved that, as of 2025, but there's nothing notable about this location.
I did not, in fact, eat here. I just used the bathroom. I often use the bathrooms at panera because they're clean & typically smell of a delightful fruit or herb. I occasionally buy an asiago bagel or coffee as thanks for having stellar facilities. The asiago bagels are awesome and you should eat some. But they usually sell out early, by lunch, so that's a bummer.
Many thanks to Gio, who saved the day! I was about to give 2 stars bc when I ordered, I asked the young man at the register what vegan breakfast they had, and he said they didn't have any. So I got a spinach and bacon for my uncle and settled for just a hot tea. Then I went online and saw that the avocado toast was vegan (NOT the Green Goddess that has feta). A wonderful man named Gio, who replaced the young man at the register, went above and beyond to prepare one for me...
