Pepperoni Express is one of the best spots in Shrewsbury! The food is always fresh, delicious, and full of flavor, and you can really tell they care about quality. The customer service is amazing everyone is so friendly and welcoming, it feels like family as soon as you walk in. Found glass in my pizza. I used to be a loyal customer but not anymore. Multiple of my family members, me included bit into the deli delight pizza and found shards of glass in it. We were fortunate enough to spit it out but when we called to inform them of this, they claimed to believe us but refused to refund us for the pizza. They also claimed that if he refunded us, he would lose $20 but $20 is not worth someone’s life. This interaction was honestly disgusting, that after all the times I’ve ordered from them (and these were always huge orders ~100$ every time), they treated me with such disregard. Will never be ordering from them again. And I would never recommend them for other people either.

We found shards of glass baked across two pizzas. Three of my family members bit into it. When we called for a refund, they refused to take accountability and refused our refund saying it was “impossible” despite us having proof. They used to be our go to pizza place but can’t trust them anymore.
