They make the worst drinks tried it 3 times this specific location, most recently the guy tried to overcharge me twice then gave me a half watered down rubbish and forgot the straw, how does this take 14 minutes??

Worst customer service unless you like waiting over 20 minutes to get a drink. While the food they quickly heated up for you gets cold. They don't ask for your name and they don't even give you a receipt when you finish paying.. wasted my time to go into work this morning without breakfast.

Probably the rudest and worst customer service of any Starbucks in MA. Please avoid this one if you can wait to get to westborough or somewhere else. They will not acknowledge your presence when you need something and when they forget to give you a straw for your drink you can not even get their attention to give you one. Extremely slow service as if your order is the first one they have ever made.

Updating my review 8/2023. The main ingredient in my Bacon, Sausage and Egg wrap was dry, starchy, flavorless potatoes, followed by eggs, 5 pellets of sausage, and a half slice of bacon. I usually stick to coffee, but the food has gone downhill. They are 50/50 on getting my drink customizations correct, which is frustrating considering how much they cost.

They never put my coffee in the right designated letter on the counter. Somehow “S” is an “A” so I think my order is late. So I patiently wait…The other day my order of food and coffee was held for 10m behind the other counter when 2-out-of-2 was ready before I asked someone and they handed it to me and apologized. My spinach wrap was basically cold at that point. All I ask is for the order to be placed in the correct location when it’s done! I order with plenty of time ahead through the app because I know how busy it can be. But it’s getting really sloppy and the line is not paying attention to detail!

Excellent coffee shop to sit, relax and enjoy your coffee. There is also drive though to pick and go. You can buy coffee beens if you like to.Parking: It's a shop area with plenty of parking in front of the restaurant and in walk away distance

Everytime we order through the app or delivery out order is never right. Great service through drive through though but if you order through the app expect to not get everything you order or that if you do it will be made wrong. I don't think they read the stickers on the cups when they make it.
