This store is located next to an extremely busy Market Basket and is continuely understaffed. I recently went in for a coffee and breakfast sandwich and had to wait for my sandwich for over 25 minutes. A couple that ordered after me canceled their order they were so frustrated.

It is really good location and atmosphere. Only hard part is google map does not shows exact location. It was direct me to opposite side which is Clinton Savings Bank. Looks like google map has wrong location information.

Very slow and inconsistent service the couple of times I tried
So I've had to come back to change my review. I was in the drive thru yesterday and asked if the iced matcha drink I saw on the new sign outside could be made vegan. I was assured that they could make it with oatmilk. I had a few sips of it and realized it was probably made with cow's milk. Within the hour I had cramps, bloating, and, later that night, diarrhea. When someone specifically asks for a cow's milk alternative, please take it seriously. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this store.

absolutely worst starbucks ever literally don’t think i’ve ever come here once and had the right order and then when they get it wrong they don’t even make a new drink they just add stuff to the drink and act like it right. also there’s a rude blonde with a beanie and a bratty brunette.

Drinks here are made poorly every time I come in. I came through the drive thru this morning and ordered the new frozen tropical citrus strawberry energy drink and literally got a large cup with all the add ons (like the strawberry and the syrup, you could literally see the layers) at the bottom and then the top half was just blended ice and energy drink. They didn’t even bother to mix it and then handed it to me thinking I was just going to accept it. I asked for something else because it didn’t look right at all and ended up getting a Java chip frappe that was super liquidity and not blended either. Will not come back to this location and will continue going to the Worcester one.

Asked for a drink with no inclusion. Got the drink with inclusions. Asked for it to be fixed. Got tap water. Terrible customer service. Usually amazing. Don’t know what happened.
Excellent Experience! Very clean location. Very efficient service. Haven't experienced any mistakes. Always friendly staff. The drive thru is super convenient.
