7/30/2025 @8.30 pm - This is my 4th encounter with the same server (employee)...whenever I go nothing is there, bread are all sold out, subkrunch is sold out or no more available, pizzas are sold out.
I am not sure the employee does not want to work there or something is wrong.
Coupons are not accepted there! Subway gives coupons online or via flyers, they do not accept it.
Management needs to look into this!!

The worker was not kind nor patient nor friendly while we were trying to explain how we wanted our 2 subs. She then left our breads for too long in the oven for toasting while chatting with a customer she already knew. The bread ended up being really hard. For one of our subs we asked for ranch and Parmesan but instead she very quickly added ranch and chipotle sauce. We didn’t want to say anything because she was already in a bad mood so it was useless to argue with her. I would not come here again.

Ordered through door dash so I don't know about the service and atmosphere of this subway. I ordered 2 sandwiches and both were made wrong (Italian on herb and cheese bread put on plain white and a blt with cheese, cheese was missing and it only had one piece of bacon). I also ordered a cookie, which was on the receipt and it was not in the bag. Very disappointed.

Ordered on the app sandwiches weren't made as instructed meatball sub had 2 meatballs on half of it and not much more on the other side the guy behind the counter was rude aggressive I asked for my order and he told me to wait when it was all paid for just so the guy can continue a small talk convo with a customer

This Subway has been here for over 20 years. But this place is so small and tight to get to, it's a huge inconvenience to go here anymore. Subway is failing because they are run by a selfish greedy Corporation, ruining the Franchisee's businesses. Pretending to run promos/coupons yet most Subways STILL do not honor them is an absolute joke. Jimmy John's and Jersey Mike's are killing it right now. That's where I go.
Parking: There is only about 4 parking spots. During Lunch hour, probably best to park across the street.

If I could give no stars I would! Awful service, woman is rude and argumentative when you are just trying to order what you want. Food was disgusting too. DO NOT eat here!!!

A worker had her cell phone on the food prep surface. I’m grossed out at the possibility that the subs were made after the phone was placed and that the worker hadn’t washed her hands after using her phone.

They have so many good choices here. I like how you can watch them make your sandwich and you can ask for extra helpings of fixings. Great sandwiches. Try them if you've never gone, you won't be disappointed.
i like the people that work here. the food is consistant and i hardly have to tell them what i want they just remember and thats nice. its like why cook at home make a mess when subways down the street? have been coming here 3-4 yrs?
